it's not a short walk, but within a walking distance from the home. good place to run to, around and from. they have off leash hours for dogs (around sunset). I would recommend walking down myrtle or dekalb one way (both have food options along the way) and taking willoughby the other way (beautiful tree lined blocks and brownstones).
