Open at all hours for European soccer, even has a British breakfast on weekends. Also just a great pub. Secret: Order the samosas if they haven't run out.

Drive in coffee, but some of the best around!! If you want to try something that will surprise you, we suggest the Loco con Miel (a little spicy!).

Columbia's best sushi restaurant is right around the corner from us. If you are looking for incredible food and incredible service, or just the perfect date night -- this is it. Specials every night of the week in addition to the chef's daily surprises.

The best place for breakfast/brunch is hands down Cafe Strudel. Its about 15 minutes into town but worth it. They are known for their "hangover hashbrowns". You may have to wait on a weekend morning or weekday lunch but it is always fantastic food and drinks!

If you are looking for something unique to South Carolina , we're known for our BBQ because we use a special mustard-based sauce. Try https://www.boneinbarbeque.com/ that offers some great southern cooking.

Parks & Nature

Harbison Forest is our favorite place to hike. You can even hop off the "Spiderwoman" trail and get down to the river. Plenty of places to picnic or relax, or take a harder biking trail. Only $5 to park and spend the day. Highly recommended, a bit of a hidden gem.

Great hiking in protected swamp land, with very unique plants and animals. It is the largest growth bottomland hardwood forest remaining in the southeastern United States. We are only 30 minutes away from this very special park.
