They do lovely fresh sandwiches & the best apple & rhubarb turn-overs to take away One of our favourite bakeries. We often buy these & go down to the Three Sisters Lookout to enjoy the wonderful view while eating them.

Great Food & friendly service. Based on 1930's era. Meals are prepared in the old projection room, and cocktails and retro tunes are served in the former refreshment lounge, now a cosy bar complete with roaring fireplace. The art deco architecture is complemented by an eclectic collection of furnishings and artwork. The style of service is casual and friendly. Licenced and BYO (wine only).

This is a great old original shop inside.....Quote from website ...... "The Paragon is arguably Australia’s oldest cafe and certainly one of the most opulent ever built in this country. Situated in the heart of Katoomba, The Paragon is an iconic landmark that is an essential stop on any visit to the Blue Mountains. The three rooms that comprise the Cafe, Formal Dining Room and Banquet Hall are some of the finest and most richly detailed Art Deco interiors any where in the world. Lunch, morning and afternoon teas are available 7 days per week, with dinner available Friday and Saturday nights. The Paragon is best known for its range of hand made chocolates. "
