Traveler advice

Traveling with kids

Lots of outdoor places to take kids within walking distance

Elizabeth McRae playground, a five minute walk away. Fully enclosed playground with sandpit, slide, swings. Locals leave their old toys there too so there's always something to pay with. Perfect for pre-school kids. Chelsea St park is better for primary school aged kids with climbing frames, large swing, community gardens etc. Moore Park (over the footbridge) has playing fields.
