You barely have to leave the building to walk the 3 doors down to Philly Power Yoga. It is a hot yoga studio (90') so it's not for everyone, but the convenience can't be beat.

They're Montreal style, not NY, but they're the best in Philly and it's around the corner. The egg sandwiches with jam are great and the coffee is good. Periodically will have folk band playing.
