I recommend driving to Heiðmörk and have a picnic there in Maríuhellir (It's a cave) :) Drive Vífilstaðavegur, turn right to Elliðavatnsvegur and soon as you can turn left to road 408 there it is :)

Perlan is a landmark building in Reykjavík with a great 360° viewing deck. There is also a nice cafeteria and the top floor has a revolving restaurant.

Great to start the day, I highly recommend all the swimming pools in Iceland, perfect to start the day or end the day in the hot tubs.
