Not fancy, but a different option, is a Nicaraguan restaurant. My favorite item on the menu is Canoa de Maduro, whole ripe plantain filled with choice of beef, chicken, or pork and topped with mozzarella.

Climb around, take the 10-story slide from the top floor to the bottom, ride the Ferris wheel on the roof, or dare to step into the bus that is "hanging off" the edge of the roof. City Museum lot parking is just $5 but cash only. There are parking meters on the street nearby.
