Lake Pichola
is an artificial fresh water lake, created in the year 1362, named after the nearby Picholi village. It is one of the several contiguous lakes, and developed over the last few centuries in and around the famous Udaipur city. Three islands Jag Niwas ,Jag Mandir and lakh palace are located within Pichola Lake. Jagdish Temple is a large Hindu temple in the middle of Udaipur in Rajasthan, just outside the royal palace. It has been in continuous worship since 1651. A big tourist attraction, the temple was originally called the temple of Jagannath Rai but is now called Jagdish-ji. It is a major monument in Udaipur. the Jagdish temple can be sighted at a distance of 150 meters away from the city palace’s Bara Pol. i add timings of temple nd aarti timings . Jagdish temple is one of the best architectural wonders of the Mewar dynasty. Jagdish temple showcases the Indo- Aryan architectural style. The temple is built keeping the rules of Vastushastra, the Hindu architectural science in mind.
This three-storied temple is built on raised platform flaunting magnificently carved pillars, huge airy halls and painted walls that are adorned with vibrant colors and intricately decorated ceilings. At the entrance, there are two massive elephants statues of stone, installed to welcome the visitors. An inscription engraved on the stone slab is found at the entry.

Saheliyon-ki-Bari (Courtyard or Garden of the Maidens) is a major garden and a popular tourist space in Udaipur . has fountains and kiosks, a lotus pool and marble elephants. It was built by Rana Sangram Singh. There is also a small museum here which has a lot of information about Indian history. This garden is located on the banks of the Fateh Sagar Lake, presenting a green retreat in the dry lands of Rajasthan. the garden was designed by the king himself and he presented this garden to his queen. The queen was accompanied by 48 maids in her marriage. To offer all of them pleasurable moments away from the political intrigues of the court, this garden was made. This patterned garden used to be the popular relaxing spot of the royal ladies. The queen with her maids and female companions used to come here for a stroll and spend their time in leisure.thts why its call SAHELIO(girls friend group)KI BARI .The entry fees for "Saheliyon Ki Bari" is Rs. 10 per person for Indians and Rs. 50 per person for Foreigners.

sujjan gadh ( monsoon palce)timings is 8:00 am to 6:00 pm . Sajjangarh Fort is a magnificent and stunning palace built on the Aravalli hilltop. Palace is built with stunning white marble. The Royal family used the Sajjangarh Palace as a hunting lodge as well as to watch the monsoon clouds which brought the name of Monsoon Palace to the Sajjangarh Palace. The Ropeway timings are from 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM.ticket price is around 90₹ per person .After sunset , the lights from various monuments/hotels are very beautiful from the top. Of course , visiting in daytime has it's own advantage.. morning till before sunset.. the temple is perched on the top of a hill giving a spectacular view of endless beauty. The view of Lake Pichola, Lake Palace, the mighty Sajjangarh Fort, the DudhTalai Park and the picturesque city of Udaipur is exquisite. There are two ways of reaching the temple. You can either go on foot, or take the ropeway up the hill. The ropeway ride is a great experience with the dense forest on one side, and the lake and city on the other…the contrast is fascinating.
