Excellent pastries, pies, and cakes. They serve coffee daily, sandwiches on weekdays, and donuts on the weekend. Their Levain bread is the best bread I've ever tasted.

Vega sells Blue Bottle coffee, a favorite bay area coffee roaster. My personal favorite coffee, never over-roasted with a special attention to the character of the beans. A must-try for coffee lovers.
