The area around the i360 and West pier has all been done up recently. There is an upside down house, playground, restaurants, shops and if you want to go up the i360 it’s a fun view and cool donut shaped lift!

Boundary road is our closest high street. It’s at the top end of Victoria rd and where Portslade station is. There is also Aldo, Tesco and the best pizza in Brighton- Sasso Pizza!

Getting around
Routes into Brighton
The train into Brighton takes 8 minutes and goes from the top of Victoria rd. The number 1A bus also goes into Brighton and takes 20 minutes. The bus stop is at the bottom end (west) of Victoria rd.
Traveling with kids
Playgrounds!
There are some brilliant playgrounds. There is The Level playground which is close to the north laines. The seafront ones are also good, one at the west pier (the burnt pier) and one east of the palace pier called Peter Pan playground. Also the best mini golf is here, east of the Aquarium

The beaches here are pebbly so if you have swimming shoes, swimsuits and beach towels!
Getting around
Rent a bike!
There are lots of turquoise blue bikes at hubs across the city, including one on our road. Download the SOBI app or the Brighton Bike Share app. A fun quick way to get to the seafront.
