Our favourite Beaches
This sandy beach that stretches for more than 3 km is considered one of the most beautiful coastal areas in the Ionian complex.Halikounas is a nice alternative for peaceful holidays with sand dunes and wonderful crystalline waters which guarantee a fun swimming experience especially for the children. Halikounas is ideal for those who love water sports as well.

Marathia's beach offers numerous tourist facilities, like umbrellas and sundecks are set on one side while the beach offers some dining proposals with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. However, just a few meters away from the mass tourism, you will find some privacy at the long beach of Marathias that extends for 2 km.

Παραλία Μαραθίας
Marathia's beach offers numerous tourist facilities, like umbrellas and sundecks are set on one side while the beach offers some dining proposals with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. However, just a few meters away from the mass tourism, you will find some privacy at the long beach of Marathias that extends for 2 km.

Large sandy beach at the southwest Corfu, between Chalikounas and St.George.
With golden sand and permanent waves making them ideal for surfing, windsurfing, and paragliding.
Luckily they are next to the lagoon of Korission, a protected area, along with the habitat. So there are no hotels or restaurants here.
If one is thirsty or wants to eat something, there is a simple bar on the beach.

Paralia Issos

Actually, Marathias and Santa Barbara are two adjoining sandy beaches, about four kilometers long. Good for relaxing, families, and couples.
If you see a sign on the main road showing the way to Malta or Marta beach just remember that it is the same place with a different name used by the locals.
The beach is well organized, with many restaurants, and attracts many visitors.

It is the natural continuation of Gardenos beach. It’s a remote large beach with golden sand.
Partially organized, and sandy, the largest part is unspoiled in a spectacular landscape between the two southern capes of Corfu, Arkoudillas, and Asprokavos.
At this part there is absolutely no tourist infrastructure. So you must have with you the necessary equipment to enjoy swimming.
To be honest, someone can not separate this beach from the next beach of Megas choros down to the South, which is a not organized sandy remote beach.
Arkoudilas has very clean sea water but there are some underwater currents. Families can visit it but they must be careful with their children.
