A long-standing south philly staple, Frangelli's has been on the news and TV for their famous "Franolli" (a canoli stuffed donut). They also have other delicious baked goods and hot coffee and it's a short walk from the house for a morning coffee and donut walk.

There are also many different bars, some with live music and sometimes live music outside. Check to see if they are having any events if you are looking for something different to do with drinks

Oregon Station is a 15 minute walk from our house and is a stop on the Broad Street Line. I would recommend this on a game day if you know it is going to be extremely crowded or difficult to park. Broad Street Line will still be crowded- but bustling with all of the people doing the same thing as you! Feel free to also uber, etc. Just adding another option.
