Walk up to here for views. often see hang gliding here.
Here Manly beach, shops, cinema and ferry ride to Sydney Circular Quay. Where you see opera house and Sydney harbour bridge. From Circular Quay I recommend a ferry ride to Darling Harbour. Getting a bus to manly could be more cost effective as parking is difficult but the council car parks are best value for a longer stay. The daytime rates for all council car parks in Manly are below. They apply from 6.30am to 7.00pm:

2 ½ – 3 hours: $13
3 – 3 ½ hours: $16
