Walk or take a free shuttle
The house is 4 minute walk (0.2 mi) from Paepcke Park, which has a great free shuttle to both the base of Aspen, as well as Snowmass, Highlands, and Buttermilk.

There are lockers and demo center at the base of Aspen Mtn
Aspen Mountain is generally considered a more advanced mountain. Check out Snowmass Mountain for wider range of terrain (including more beginner and intermediate runs than Aspen itself).

Free, unlimited Uber rides in town. Yes, really!
Download the Downtowner app -- It's basically a free Uber service for in-town rides year around, including a ski rack in the winter. Drivers appreciate tips, but they are not required.
