This can be a wild coastal area but it’s certainly different. On a nice day the beach or even a charter boat can be fun as is the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch railway.

The old town around All Saints Street, the High Street and George Street are worth a wander and it’s always interesting down by the fishing boats (small shipwreck museum and lifeboat station). A mile or so further west is St Leonard’s which is undergoing major changes around Norman Road and the Kings Road area (great coffee and eateries etc).
