Food Scene

Imagine a GIANT food hall where a good portion of the restaurants are owned by James Beard award winning chefs. It's seriously good. Some locations are eat-in, others are take-out only, and some even have prepared food in a cooler that you can grab if you're in a rush beyond all rushes. There are also a handful of retail shops which are worth checking out while you meander around.

Do you ever wish you could swing in a day bed or otherwise adult sized swing apparatus with the soft sound of a water feature in the background melting the city noises away whilst knowing your favorite coffee/tea is just a reach away? Well, whether you have or you haven't, it's AMAZING and you can do it here. If you're in any reasonable proximity to this coffee shop and you happen to enjoy caffeinated beverages , do yourself a favor and let your inner child meet your coffee addict adult self. It's so worth it.

Designed by the same landscape architect as Central Park in New York, you'll be in utter awe as you walk around the varying terrain of Piedmont Park. Easily accessible by vehicle or the BeltLine Trail, you'll experience Atlanta history, rolling landscape, natural water sources, dog park, botanical garden, and more. In warm weather there are often festivals and even live music to gather around.

Serenity in the middle of hottest neighborhoods in the city. Need a break from people in general? It's like no one knows about this gem because I always feel like I'm the only one there when I go. There's beautiful walkways, natural water sources, wildlife, amphitheater, and more,

The Eastside BeltLine Trail is a scenic walking path through the most popular intown neighborhoods. Whether you want to walk it or rent a bicycle or scooter to check it out, it's truly the best way to get a sense of Atlanta's vibe. There's outdoor sculptures and artwork, musicians performing, parks, food, name it and you'll find it on or just off the BeltLine. The trail goes on for miles so don't be fooled by the marker they use on the map. Get some Vitamin D in your life and enjoy being outside for a bit!

Entertainment & Activities

It was hard to choose a category for this one... If you can't tell by the title, you can get copious amounts of Atlantan distilled wine. Try a tasting, grab a meal, OR (and this is our favorite) you can do both of those things while watching a live concert or classic movie. There's even a little known speakeasy down there which is open late.
