Strangford Lough is a large sea loch or inlet in County Down. It is the largest inlet in either Britain or Ireland, covering 150 km2. There’s fantastic views and wildlife with Dolphins, Basking Sharks and even pods of Killer Whales being sighted every year. Take the ferry across to from Strangford to Portaferry for a brilliant day trip, enjoying some of the freshest traditional fish and chips in Ireland along the way.

One of the most scenic pubs/restaurants in County Down! Situated on Sketrick Island enjoy top quality pub grub with incredible views of the Lough. It’s roughly a 15 minute drive from our property and we’ll worth it!!
