Drink more water. Drink less alcohol. Take Melatonin and or potassium for help sleeping or muscle cramps if that is allowed by your doctor. Our cabin is almost 10,000. ft elevation.

Drink less alcohol, bring sleep aid as back up and hydrate
First Aid or if you may have need or forgot something under queen bed
Getting around
If snowing and or high winds PLEASE don’t travel without AWD
Make sure you have water and blankets for car ride in winter and check road closures if storming before driving from Denver.
What to pack
Altitude
More water, limit alcohol, and possibly use sleep aids; we use Melatonin, Tylenol and or humidifier, extra O2, take it easy for the first day or so and use whatever you may need for ultra dry climates. Please check with your doctor verses our advice as it is just what we do when staying at this 9600 altitude.
