The animals are well cared for every day. Check out some of the shows I love when they feed the sea lions. Great place for an afternoon and open some evenings I think. Grab lunch rent at the boat house. Rent a boat toll around. Our family always had to race. OR: This can also be a romantic ride as well. Dreamy eyed couples with a bottle of wine. Yummy afternoon.

Lafayette Park I think is the oldest park in St Louis and still sports it's original wrought iron fence. (which is currently getting some bit of a face lift). There is a pond with ducks a cool little bridge for the kids to run up and over and under. Summer concerts are held here all through out the summer every other week bring a blanket or a chair. ( Free of coarse) Tour around and view our beautiful historic homes. There is house tour every December and garden tour every June. This is also an easy place to jog around the park it is a mile around I think. There are also some cool little shops down Park Avenue, chocolate bar, coffee shop eateries, pet shop...
