Drinks & Nightlife

On the South-East Side of town. They're a small brewery with a rotating menu and quality brews. It's always changing and you can find their products in the Oliver's Market taproom which is a local supermarket that has everything (even a taproom with wine, cider and small plates plus anything you buy in store can be consumed while having a pint) and is all kid friendly and less than a 10 minute walk from the AirBnB.

The 2-mile Lake Trail loops around the larger lake, Lake Benoist, and includes a short unpaved spur to small gravel beach on the Russian River. The .5-mile Redwood Hill Trail climbs through a grove of coast redwoods. A restroom with flush toilets and a drinking fountain are available. Parking for a fee or valid with a Regional Parks pass.

Entertainment & Activities

For a truly classic experience, try Francis Ford Coppola's Winery in Geyserville. It's a little over 20min North, but definitely an experience for all ages. A two-story manner on a Italian inspired estate houses the famous directors regalia, a luxury Italian restauraunt, tasting rooms on both floors. There's a pool and cabanas for rental (recommend booking in advance) and the grounds are stunning.

Drive 15min North to a boutique town full of local shops, high quality eateries and tasting rooms - try Thumbprint for their Syrah & Banshee for their Chardonnay. Across the street is Black Oak Coffee Roasters, a third wave coffee shop with eats which happens to be right accross from Banshee. For a sweet treat, try Noble Folk, an ice cream & pie shop across the square.
