You can start this walk in town at the top of Kara crescent. Walk to Honeyeater Trail round trip of 9 kms. Look out over the Whitsundays through the tropical rain forest.
Do the whole walk which would take a day.
Well worth it , pack a picnic, enjoy the outdoors for free.

Getting around
Walk, hire a scooter or take a tuk tuk.
Everything is available in Airlie Beach at walking distance from the unit. The unit has undercover parking if bringing your car or if you decide to hire a car or scooter.
What to pack
Very relaxed dressing.
The weather in summer is very humid so light clothing is a good idea. Even when it rains it is not cold. Winter is fabulous blue skies and temperature a little more moderate never usually dropping down under 22 in the day.
