We've tried a few Indian takeaways around SE London (and there's loads of choice) - this is our favourite. Haven't been to the restaurant but I imagine the food in-house is even better than the takeaway.

Spacious pub with reasonable standard pub grub - burgers, nachos etc. Studenty but has some boho character, and I think they have some good live music there regularly. Plenty of outside tables for when the weather is good.
