What d'ya have? The Varsity in Athens has been here for decades. The same well-known chili-dogs & menu as the famous Varsity in Atlanta! Owned & operated by the same family.

Great food by Gourmet Chef Jose' Zambrano from Mexico & good service. Also serves special order food. We had halibut w/the head on & an order of halibut w/the all the bones/head removed. Sauce was yum! It's just outside Athens, but worth the extra few minutes drive!
