Sightseeing

The highest mountain locally has superb views from the top and you'll hardly see a person all day. A traverse of the whole Aran ridge takes about 5 hours and is highly recommended.

The highest road pass in Wales is a little known gem of a location. Well worth a drive (about 30 minutes from Isfryn).

The Dyfi Osprey project is well worth a visit - a boardwalk takes you across the marshes to the viewing building where you can see the Ospreys on the nest.
