Freshly prepared entrees. Great location just off mountain. Building is somewhat small and intimate but tends to add to the charm. Book early on weekends, holiday and break weeks, it fills up fast for good reason.

Very popular après-ski destination right on “the beach” at the base lodge. They have good after skiing snacks (big nachos), a good local Maine beer selection and great view of the mountain on clear days. Typically live music and shows later in the evening.

This is the ONLY on mountain dining at Sugarloaf. Good place to stop and warm up on cold days. Restaurant is a good place to stop for a bite if you want a longer sit down lunch. Also a good place to stop for a quick afternoon beverage as you wind down the day.

Great place for those who don’t alpine ski but like to be outside or for something to do on wind hold days. They have an Ice rink for skating and hockey. They also have extensive cross country skiing trails , fat tire bike rentals, snow shoe rentals and a great indoor lodge space for warming up and lunch/snacks.
