Entertainment & Activities
The Florida Aquarium is one of our favorite places to visit. It is a great place for adults and kids alike. A huge display of aquatic life. You could easily spend half a day there. Bring swimsuits for the little ones, there is an awesome splash pad out back, overlooking the bay.

We absolutely love the St. Petersburg Pier. There are several nice, waterfront restaurants, a splash pad, a really nice playground, pizza, ice cream, and a beach + swimming area. You can also walk, ride your bike, or skateboard. Note, this is not a typical pier tourist trap. Much of the design was developed with community involvement. A true gem that locals love.

Coffee Pot Blvd. is a wonderful boardwalk. It runs along the Bayou, down to Tampa Bay and all the way down to Downtown St. Petersburg. It is a lovely bike ride that we ourselves enjoy.

Publix is your typical grocery store but amazing in every way. The employees are super friendly and helpful, and they carry a great selection of items. Their Publix brand products are great and there are lots of Bogo deals all the time. The “pub subs” made fresh in the deli area are a local staple.
