Getting around

3-wheelers/tuk-tuks are the best way to get around

3-wheelers (foreigners call them tuk tuks) are an inexpensive and fun way to go for short distances in Sri Lanka. Waterland has a rota of local tuk-tuk drivers who are friendly, reliable, and who speak English. The drivers Waterland have set prices. When you want a 3-wheeler, simply ask the Front Desk staff and they will call one.
