Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό. Η χρήση του τζακιού στο κατάλυμα παρέχεται προαιρετικά. Το πρώτο τσουβάλι καυσόξυλων προσφέρεται δωρεάν. Από το δεύτερο τσουβάλι και μετά, υπάρχει χρέωση 20€ ανά σάκκο καυσόξυλων. Το ποσό είναι ιδιαίτερα χαμηλό και αφορά αποκλειστικά την αξία των ξύλων.

Το σπίτι είναι διαθέσιμο με εξωτερικό χώρο για στάθμευση αυτοκινήτων που ασφαλίζεται. Στο εσωτερικό του υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια, με το ένα να είναι μάστερ με δικό του μπάνιο και ένα ακόμη μπάνιο στον επάνω όροφο, στον οποίο βρίσκονται και τα υπόλοιπα υπνοδωμάτια.
