Villa Specht - your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa dating back to 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is freshly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, they are in a few minutes on the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping, a hairdresser's studio and bakery, pharmacies and various doctors can be found. The magnificent Saxony Forest is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is located in Bergedorf, in one of the greenest districts of Hamburg, close to the EURO FH/ILS. The connection by public transport to the city is good, from Bergedorf to HH-City in about 20 minutes. It sits with its own entrance in a bungalow with garden, at the end of a quiet street, right by the forest. There is a bedroom for two, shower room and kitchen pantry with table and chairs ... The garden is welcome to be used, a private seat is available here. There are 2 cats.

We rent out our bright 2-room apartment, which was renovated in 2020. It is well equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120cm wide sofa in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator and dishwasher is available. The bathroom has a spacious shower. From the bed you look into the countryside - you are in the village, but you don't hear any car noise. Please know garden/terrace is not available
