Rewind. Recharge. Unplug. Picturesque lakeside lodges nestled in the Welsh countryside. Wake up to panoramic views overlooking the lake, enjoy some breakfast on the decking watching the feeding fish or letting the world go by before setting about your day, its the perfect spot for fishing, walking, cycling, sightseeing or shopping! After after a hectic day retire to the hot tub for some R & R and watch the sun go down! Only 15 mins from City Centre, Cardiff Bay
Great for couples looking to relax and explore, great walks, pubs, cycle paths and local attractions
We are based in the welsh countryside surrounded by arable farmland, there are stunning walks, rides and we're just 10-15mins from cardiff citty centre. Within walking distance is the Cefn Mably Arms a lovely country pub and the Maenllwyd Inn a cracking gastro pub
  • The lodge on the lake is ideal for a couples getaway. We had enough space to store our luggage, and the pull out bed was easy to use and a great use of space. The hot tub is fantastic and we spent most of the weekend bubbling away. Even when it was colder at night outside it was still worth the short dash to the hot tub! The wifi was excellent and meant we could use netflix with ease. There is a handbook which tells you how to use everything and includes some local activities. We would happily stay here again!

  • Owen's place was great - the hot tub was a particular highlight, even in the windy weather of Storm Ciara!

  • Quiet little hut with hot tub by a small lake with beautiful view - perfect for relaxation! Recommended!

  • My partner and I had such a lovely long weekend here! Needed a relaxing break to escape the real world for a little bit and this was the perfect place. Hot tub was great and the cooking facilities were perfect, cooked some steak which we brought from the farm shop which is 2 minutes up the road! No oven but not an issue to us! Remote area which is ideal! We have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

  • The cabin on the lake is wonderful setting, off the beaten track but not feeling remote. Excellent wi-fi, hot tub was amazing and my only negative was that there is no oven!

    Samantha2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Lodge on the lake was very peaceful just what you need for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was very clean and to our expectations. It had all the cooking facilities you need to cook with. There is a small cooker/hob and a microwave. The shop is a little pricey so do a small shop before hand. Would definatley recommend staying here and I'm sure well be back.

    Toni2019-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • Whatever you think to expect from this pod, it will impress you - great facilities, great location, and you'll have a great long weekend, whether you just want to stay cosy to read/write/indulge in beautiful quiet surroundings, or pootle into Caerphilly or Cardiff to explore the castles and other delights of this area of Wales. Genuinely couldn't have had a better weekend and would heartily recommend this place to anyone.

    Lee2019-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • This is a ‘has to be seen to be believed’ holiday, cleaner than you’d expect, the hot tub was bubbling away invitingly on arrival and the scenery is breathtaking, without a doubt one of the most relaxing weekends we have had. Highly recommended

A ground floor light filled spacious apartment with amazing décor perfect for singles, couples, a romantic retreat, a group of friends, families and business travel. A stone's throw from City Centre with easy quick transport links or walking. 15/20 min walk to City Centre . 10 min walk to Cardiff City Stadium. The stunning galleried bedroom area is on a mezzanine level overlooking a large living area. Secure Private Parking and Bike Shed in gated courtyard and outside seating area.
This stylish unique and arty apartment really has the WOW factor and is approx. 840 square feet (78 square metres), It is located in an architect designed conversion of a small period hotel dating back to 1898 (with original features). The high tall windows are a real focal point to the apartment . You will have the whole apartment to yourself and you will find milk, yummy baked goods, coffee, tea and condiments. The apartment is a unique space set over 3 levels - as you walk in you have the bedroom and living area to the right (upstairs to the bedroom, downstairs to the living room), the bathroom straight ahead and the kitchen around and to the left. The bathroom and kitchen have ceramic tile flooring and the rest of the apartment has oak flooring. The beautiful bedroom area is located on a galleried mezzanine level with a contemporary glass and polished chrome balustrade looking out over the the living/dining area. There are high ceilings and tall windows which let the light flood into the apartment. There is a clothes rail with wooden hangers, ample storage for clothes and the bed has beautifully soft cotton satin sheets. The large living/dining area (18ft x 19ft) has 2 sofas ( one a comfortable sofa bed) under the overhang of the mezzanine for privacy, as well as a glass dining table and a SMART television/dvd player. There is also super-fast Wi-Fi (100Mbps)). There is a wall-mounted electric fireplace which gives a focal point to the room and a Bose bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your own music. One of the high walls (double-height) has little recessed alcoves with blue mood lighting. There is a basket full of blankets to snuggle up in on cosy nights in and hotel slippers provided to ease those tired feet after a busy day sightseeing. The contemporary bathroom features an L-shaped bath with a powerful shower, shaver plug and heated towel rail with huge , fluffy, soft Ralph Lauren bath sheets - perfect after a candlelit bubble bath (bubble bath supplied!) The modern kitchen has everything you need - dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. - as well as cutlery and crockery and cooking utensils. There is LED mood lighting along the underneath of the units. There is also a small outside area with chairs and an ash tray. There is one gated parking space available but also street parking. There is ample storage space - a very large cupboard in the hallway - which can be handy if you are considering a longer stay. As a host I will keep out of your way but will be happy to give tips and recommendations for the city. Also if I am free I will be happy to pick you up and drop you off from the train station/coach station/airport and hand over keys etc. at the same time. We also have another apartment in the same building. Please click on my profile for further details. Thanks for reading and let me know if you have any questions!
Easy access to everything Cardiff has to offer. Principality Stadium and Cardiff City Stadium. Music and Concert Venues, wide range of restaurants, bars, nightspots and cool cocktail lounges. Cardiff Bay with the Welsh Millenium Centre, Wales national home for the performing Arts and the home of Welsh National Opera, Mermaid Quay, Techniquest and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment is close to the Taff Trail running alongside the River Taff which is a popular walking and cycle path providing exceptional views and scenery over 55 miles between Cardiff Bay and Brecon. Bring your own bikes and leave them in the secure bike shed or hire them when you get here. Canton where the apartment is located or "Treganna" in Welsh, is a multicultural area to the west of Cardiff city centre and is very convenient for all the Cardiff attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. Canton had a huge influx of Irish immigrants in the 19th century, so perhaps this is why there are so many lively local pubs around the district. Speaking of which - the apartment itself is in an architect-designed conversion of a pub dating back to 1898 and a small part of the building has been retained as a pub - The Lansdowne Pub. The pub serves real ales, Weiss beers, good cider, proper pub food - as well as pickled eggs! It also won the prestgious CAMRA Cardiff pub of the year in 2014 and 2015. Generally you will not hear any noise from the pub - the only time you might hear some noise is if there is a Wales rugby match on! If you have not experienced a Welsh rugby match in Wales before we would recommend you get stuck in and soak up the atmosphere! It's not just pubs in Canton - it's also home to the HQ for arty folk in Cardiff -Chapter Arts Centre - which describes itself as "an ambitious, multi-artform cultural space that presents and produces international art, performance and film alongside a dynamic social space." The area offers a lot due to its multicultural society. The cocktail of cultures makes it one of the most vibrant and diverse in Cardiff, which is good news for those who like to eat out. Whether you're into dim sum, fancy a taste of British aka 'fish & chips', or Mediterranean floats your boat, Canton has it all. For your day-to-day needs there is a small cornershop about a minute's walk away and a larger Co-Operative supermarket about a 5 minute walk away where you should be able to buy pretty much everything you need for your stay. In terms of Sports, Cardiff City football stadium is around 10 minutes walk and the Principality is around 20 minutes walk. Easy access to all the attractions Cardiff offers.
  • This place instantly has the ‘WOW’ factor when you walk in, the open space mixed with the quirky artwork gives a great feel to the place, the location is a little way from the city centre but easily reached by Uber or car in no time at all, Caroline the host was quick to respond to any queries we had, a genuinely nice place to stay for the weekend, thanks again Caroline!

  • Awesome Eco apartment to stay in

    Rebecca2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • A very cosy and well presented place to stay. Close to local amenities we explored a bit of Bristol and was close to most things in a car.

    Natika2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • Nice place to stay and a bit different - basically exactly as described and in the photos!

    Seiriol2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We booked the TAM as a fairly last minute booking as a birthday weekend stay. The description of the location is accurate and it is situated within a gated community centre with secure locked gate system. The TAM provides everything we needed to just walk in and live for the weekend. We chose the TAM as are very interested in Eco friendly and sustainable living and this didn't disappoint. Even the paint on the walls has been created from natural materials. There is a supermarket only a 5 minute drive away so we were able to cook our own meals with ease. A very comfortable stay in a very clean and unique property.

    Amanda Jane2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Everything is clean and the tiny house is very nice. Really enjoyed our stay.

    Kim2020-02-05T00:00:00Z
  • The Ecohouse was perfect for our few nights getaway in Bristol... it had everything we needed, kitchen has all mod cons, and the essentials of course tea, coffee, oil, condiments and more bits . Bed was lovely ,soft and cosy with extra blankets and pillows if needed. Power shower en suite , lots of storage... Living space is big open plan with big patio doors on to a decking and little garden. Television with lots of channels & WiFi x We love to drive everywhere, (but I’m sure it’s pretty easy for getting about on Public transport )apart from getting an Uber to the O2 academy for our gig which I think was about £9 which we thought was reasonable. ....we parked my car on the street outside the house , as we weren’t sure we could park inside the gated area.

  • Janie the host was wonderful and the place really needs to be experienced. I can't recommend it enough. We loved it..

    Kate2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Had a terrific stay! Loved the place and Janie is a very respectful host.

    Jack2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, would recommend to anyone, just bear in mind you do have to step outside for a second after having a shower before getting back into the room so if you are staying in the winter months it may be worth bringing a thick dressing gown or something similar. The room was comfortable, clean, and unique, and the hot tub is a great bonus!

    Zaeed2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed here for valentines day and couldn’t of chosen a better place. The cabin is beautiful and very cozy. Hot tub and log burner was amazing and just completes the experience. Very close to alot of local attractions e.g Glastonbury and Wells. The host Janie couldn’t of been nicer or more helpful , gave us a tour of the place then left us to our privacy , however we never felt like we couldn’t contact her for advice no matter the time. All in all a great place to escape from the world for a few days.😊

    Glenna2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Very well put together and stylish cosy cabin. Hot tub on a cold evening in February was truly wonderful. Host was easy to get along with, helpful and full of local tips but also gave us plenty of space to feel private. Great stay.

A lovely double room with its own landing and bathroom in a classic Bath stone fronted house in the elegant Cotham area of Central Bristol. The room has a large, comfortable bed.
A large room with a comfortable super king size bed on its own landing with a private bathroom. The room is on the second floor and the bed is a low one so the accommodation may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.
Cotham is a lovely late Georgian/early Victorian area of central Bristol with easy access to the business, sightseeing and shopping districts as well as Bristol University, the Bristol Royal Infirmary complex and the BBC.
  • We had a wonderful time at Sue's. The house is located perfectly in Bristol. Sue and her husband were super nice and really relaxed and made us feel at home. The room and the bathroom are beautiful, super clean, quiet and warm. I can highly recommend staying at her place, we really didn't want to leave!

  • Great spot to stay for a night in Bristol. Walking distance from the coach station where we arrived and near all the cafes and restaurants of Stokes Croft as well as into the centre of town. Easy check in and nice touches of tea and juice in the room for the morning. Super comfortable bed and quiet area so we slept really well. Would highly recommend.

  • This Airbnb is close to the centre (though down steep hill) and convenient for local amenities. The room itself is clean and comfortable and is afforded a private bathroom. Sue is a lovely host and we’d recommend this to anyone visiting Bristol for a long weekend.

    Gavin2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This was a lovely Airbnb experience. Sue was there to meet me when I arrived, the room was huge, the bed was very comfy, you get your own bathroom and even breakfast provided for the morning. Everything you could need and in a great central location.

  • My friend and I stayed at Sue’s in order to take in a show that evening. We were welcomed by Sue’s husband and met Sue latterly. Both lovely people. The space is beautiful, very comfortable and in the perfect location to explore Bristol. Lovely pub just round the corner and not far at all from the city centre, but far enough removed to be peaceful for a great night’s sleep! Thank you both and highly recommend!

Treat yourself to some luxury with this lovely big double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room situated on the outskirts of Weston super Mare (BS22 9WD). Includes coffee making, WiFi and Freeview TV in the room.
Great for one couple or a single who likes lots of room.
An ideal base for exploring Weston super Mare and the surrounding areas or as an overnight stay for Bristol airport. Close to Clevedon for those attending courses at Bristol Ground School. A lovely modern property looking out towards the village green with excellent facilities within walking distance. The local pub and a choice of 3 takeaways and a tesco express are a few minutes walk away. Whilst the property still maintains the feel of being in the country. There are lovely country riverside walks starting at the end of the road. At the right time of year blackberries can be picked from the bushes along the walkway. A large open green is across the road from the front of the property and you will sometimes see people riding their horses along the road.
  • Very welcoming, very clean, and very spacious. You can count on them to make you feel at home!

  • Stayed at Jayne and Pete’s again and as usual their hospitality was outstanding. They are always ready to help and the property itself is very clean and comfortable. You could not find a better deal elsewhere. I suppose it says a lot that I’m a repeat customer even though my real purpose of being in the area is in Central Bristol, which is a considerable drive away. Thumbs up.

    Morayo2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Accurately described, hosts very hospitable and great location as described

    Pam2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay despite Storm Dennis about to arrive. Very comfortable bed, room spacious and spotlessly clean. Pub just around the corner that offers decent meals at a very good price. Very quiet area, very much enjoyed our brief stay.

    Leo2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was my 6th stay, that says it all. I am very choosy and discerning, all my boxes are ticked... 5 star.

    Mike2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Jayne and Pete are the nicest hosts that you can find. Whilst I have not used Air BnB extensively I must say I’m really Impressed. They were a good mix of professional and friendly. The room and property was really clean. I also liked the notes and useful tips in the room and around the property. I will be happy to stay again in future and I highly recommend if you’re looking for decent and affordable accommodation.

    Morayo2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jayne's place. They were both friendly and welcoming, I had everything I needed and lots of information in the room about the area which was a really nice touch. Lovely and spacious bedroom, all in all a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend!

    Adele2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay with Jayne and Pete before our flight from Bristol airport. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable.

The Coach House offers a high standard of accommodation, its own hot tub, locally sourced continental breakfast, private garden, super-fast WiFi and off road parking. The decor is modern with a touch of seaside chic and practical touches to hopefully make your stay feel like a home from home. It has several long golden sandy beaches and is home to the Grand Pier, the Playhouse Theatre, a bustling high street and independent shopping areas, two golf courses and a growing arts and music scene. The former Tropicana Lido, which hosted Banksy's Dismaland in the summer of 2015, now has a modern cafe, its own programme of theatre events and is an all-round entertainment space hosting concerts and festivals. The Beach Lawns host some fantastic annual events including Weston Air Festival & Armed Forces Day, Weston Beach Race and Weston Carnival. The new dolphin square complex opened in 2018 and houses new restaurants including Pizza Express, Nando’s, 7Bone Burger Co. as well as a new Cineworld.

  • Ali and his feline supuuurvisor Lizzy were excellent hosts. Their home is beautiful, clean and comfortable, an easy place to relax. If your after entertainment, a slow walk to the sea front takes 10 minutes where there are a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants (I recommend Fish & Chips at Papa’s). Great place to have a quiet relaxing break, I regret staying only one night!

Small single bedroom in charming garden flat by the sea, positioned minutes from Weston-super-Mare town centre, beach, promenade and pier.
I am putting this tiny room on Airbnb in response to popular demand. Although it is a very small room with little storage space, it is clean, bright and the bed is very comfy. As it is a basement flat, the window looks out onto a window well.
On one of Weston's best located streets, the apartment offers a quiet relaxing place to stay, but is just a moment's walk from the hustle and bustle of Weston town centre and the beach
  • Arline was very accommodating and thoughtful. The space was exactly as described, very cozy. Everything was spotless and the place was in a nice area, easy to get around.

The room is in a charming garden flat positioned moments from the beach, shops, Grand Pier and promenade in Weston-Super-Mare. The flat is well appointed with separate living and dining rooms, kitchen and large bathroom.
Charming room in a comfortable garden flat. Fantastic place to relax, whilst being (literally) a stone's throw from the promenade and beach. Towels are provided and there is access to tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Travel cot and high chair are available.
On one of Weston's best located streets, the apartment offers a quiet relaxing place to stay, but is just a moment's walk from the hustle and bustle of Weston. Across the road there is a fantastic children's play area, complete with water park which will keep children amused for hours. Great for a single person or couple looking for an affordable weekend (or treat yourself to a week!) by the sea.

King Size Bed in a huge Victorian Town house - 3rd floor - Close to The Grand Pier, Seafront, Train Station, Bus Station, Tesco and central WSM **Do not book on behalf of someone else, this is in breach of Airbnb T's & C's** 24hour check in with key safe. Our reviews constantly say how comfy the bed is. Hardly any traffic due to being a 1 way street so a quiet sleep too. No parking on the property. Free street parking 6pm to 8am, otherwise 1 hour limit 8am-6pm. 24hr car park £5.50 close.
Welcome to our home, both Airbnb rooms are on the top (3rd) floor. This is Room 2: Features a King size bed, radiator, clothes rail, chest of drawers, TV / Freeview, and overall a large area.Kettle and tea/coffee/coffee whitener in the room. We have a bookcase in the room where guests are free to take / exchange books. 2 extra pillows are in the wardrobe. There is a mini fridge in this room - If you need to use the shared fridge (or freezer) in the downstairs kitchen please can you give us a heads up in advance so we can shuffle things around. As this is a communal house you will interact with both of us and possibly meet other guests during your stay. There is only 1 bathroom/toilet/shower that’s shared for everyone. We have a large collection of clean and fluffy towels in there to help yourself. We don’t mind where you leave your towels when you check out but please don’t leave damp towels on the bed, guests usually drape over the bedroom door, radiators or over hanging rails. There is a blue laundry basket on the 3rd floor landing if you prefer. We like to give our home a friendly feel, we don’t mind if you check in and we don’t see you when you check out - we are equally amicable to chat with you should you have questions (local places to eat, landmarks, places of interest etc). We have also been known to socialise with guests in town over an informal meal together or just a quiet drink on the sea front when the sun is shining. However you would prefer your stay we are happy to accommodate. Should you have any tiny issue please do feel confident to communicate with us. At all costs we want to avoid little things building up, we have 5 years’ hosting under our belts and your comfort is our priority. We have experienced guests who don’t message, text or speak to us in person then leave less than 5 stars because a guest had the TV on too loud in the opposite room, they didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom for the whole house because they missed the description and were surprised to see only one toilet, also that on occasions laundry/bed linen that was drying in shared spaces wasn’t expected. All of this feedback we could have explained and discussed in person as opposed to us not knowing this until we are awarded less than 5 stars. Please message us or discuss in person if another guest is causing you issues, we are confident to tackle all situations on the spot that is our assurance! Please do talk to us.
Fast food: Breakfast from Dulcies at the top of the street, or Copper Kettle Cafe at the bottom of the road - Miss Millies fried chicken, Indian, Chinese, Kebab, Carvery / Fish n Chips, and also a World Food supermarket all within 1-3 minutes walk at the bottom of the road.

There is a modern well equipped kitchen with the usual appliances also including a coffee maker and a dishwasher. • Actually better than the pictures. The view from the bedroom is spectacular, lovely warm flat with loads of hot water. The bed (and bedroom) was huge and really comfortable (I am usually a very bad sleeper!). Mike left a breakfast hamper and got us some milk and butter so we didn’t have to worry when we got there. We were visiting our son who lives very close by so as well a being a lovely flat, the location was perfect for our needs. Will definitely visit again.

  • The log cabin was perfect! Really clean, cosy and quiet. It was nice and close to Cheddar which is always a good day out and then back to the cabin for a log fire. We had plenty of privacy and the hosts were available if needed. Nice local pub and fish and chip shop all within 15 minute walk. Will definitely be back!

    Charlotte2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I intended to stay specifically in bath but had taken a gamble and stayed at Nick and Harriets. The right choice was made. We were 15 mins from Weston Super-mare, 1 hour from Cardiff and an hour from Bath. The area was very quiet and easily found on the satnav. The property itself was tasteful. We really felt welcome with the extra touches of the breakfast, tea/coffee and wood/kindling for the log burner. Parking as stated is mainly for a small car, but I drive a Seat Leon and with a couple manoeuvres it can be done. This will NOT stop us from staying again. Thank you

    Dean2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay with Nick being a perfect host. The cabin was cold when we arrived (as you would expect given Storm Dennis) but the log burner and underfloor heating meant we were cosy within minutes - loved it! Would highly recommend!

    Lisa2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • A great little cabin: spotlessly clean, very quiet & a lovely log burner. Only an hour to Bath & close to Wells & Bristol.

    Alex2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in the wonderful cabin for three nights. The place is absolutely stunning and very spacious. My partner and I went exploring the local caves and so the fire log and underfloor heating was perfect for when we got back! The sofa is very cosey! We also really enjoyed all the extra bits for breakfast and the coffee- very thoughtful. Every room was very clean and the shower was so nice! Wonderful place, would highly recommend.

  • I had a great meditation retreat here, very relaxing and private

    Mollie2020-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • This is a stunning place. Really quiet location. Very spacious and modern looking rooms. Little log burner is a lovely touch. The shower is amazing! Highly recommend for a cosy relaxing trip away. Nick and Harriet were both lovely and communication was rapid! Five stars in all areas.

    James2019-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • We used the log cabin to stay in to visit our grandchildren who live local. The cabin was very cozy and well equipped and despite it being cold and wet outside, the underfloor heating and the log fire made it a lovely home from home. We especially liked the food and condiments that were part of the welcome pack, this was very handy and thoughtful. A great stay.

  • We had an absolutely fantastic time at Zine Farm. The accommodation was rustic and beautiful. The space is perfect for couples and very dog friendly which is always top of our list. Sam was great and couldn’t do enough for us. The area is so peaceful and quiet. I haven’t slept like that in ages (made even more so by the comfy bed!) thanks again for making us so welcome.

  • Delightful location and very accommodating hosts. Property was sparkling clean with some very thoughtful and considerate touches. We can’t recommend highly enough.

    Karl2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • What a fantastic find. We stayed in the aftermath of storm Ciara so was very wet and windy. We were lovely and cosy inside with the log burner. The dairy has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The bed is very comfortable and the shower huge and hot. Short drive to beach or longer walk across fields which we did not attempt due to mud. Fresh eggs were a bonus. Don't want to recommend too much as may become too booked!

    Rachel2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • An AMAZING stay! Sam's hospitality was second to none. There for anything that you wanted but never intrusive or over the top, always on hand to help with any queries such as directions to the nearest beach or which local pubs to visit. The property itself was exceptionally clean with high quality amenities such as a well equipped kitchen and lovely drencher shower. We were greeted with a torrent of thoughtful touches such as the multi fuel stove being already lit, cookies on the table for us, dog treats in a bowl, milk in the fridge, farm fresh eggs for breakfast and a well stocked supply of beer and wine (available to pay for via an honesty jar). The property truly felt like a home from home and we are already planning a return visit as ours was so outstanding.

  • Amazing. Sums it up really. Very quiet. Lovely space for our two dogs to play. Lots of little touches to make you comfortable. Cant wait to go back.

  • Such a beautiful place. We loved spending our anniversary weekend in this property. The thoughtful touches were very welcomed. We would love to live somewhere similar ourselves. Communication was quick and excellent.

  • Fabulous location. The Dairy is beautiful. Very peaceful. Opened the blind one morning and there was a cow licking the window 🤣 Sam and Ann-Marie provided us with some very thoughtful touches and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Didn’t want to go home 😊

  • Stunning little place on the middle of a farm. The Piggary was a stylish stay with a lovely log burner perfect for the cold January evenings, we didn’t feel the cold at all the place kept very warm and felt real cosy. It was lovely to wake up and see the sunrise out of the bedroom window where the cows were wandering around. Very clean and lovely fresh eggs on our arrival to the farm from the chickens found roaming around freely. Sam was very helpful in every way possible and did everything he could to make us feel welcome and comfortable on our stay! Couldn’t ask for a better host to make us feel more at home, thank you for such a perfect stay and great hospitality would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to visit and stay in the area!

  • What a lovely spacious place. Two modern, stylish bathrooms, a sunroom and a courtyard not to mention comfortable beds, a well appointed modern kitchen and thoughtful touches. The location was walking distance to the beach and Carina is a wonderful hostess. We would definitely wish to return there next time we are in Weston-super-Mare.

  • Would highly recommend Heather Lodge in terms of both location and amenities. Carina was very helpful and welcomed us soon after we arrived to make sure that we had everything and advise the best routes to visit places of interest, e.g. Bristol. The apartment was clean and fully met our requirements for a relaxing break over Christmas. Access is via a key safe and so it's possible to let yourselves in. We particularly enjoyed visits to Wells (worth trying to coincide with the local market by the Cathedral) and would recommend the cathedral and a walk around the Bishop's palace. We also enjoyed a trip to Bristol Harbourside but didn't make it up to the Clifton Suspension Bridge (which I understand is also worth a visit). Would recommend going to the Park n ride and getting the bus provided into Bristol. The M2 seemed to take you on a tour of Bristol before arriving at Harbourside and cost £4.50 for a day return at the time of visiting (December 2019).

  • This was the perfect cosy (and spacious) place to relax and laugh with friends on a wet and chilly weekend in Nov. My friends and I quickly discovered that the wonderful reviews and comments from previous guests re the apartment, and of Carina as a 'host' are all true! On a practical note - being 4 women who didn't want to share a double bed, the large blow-up bed we took easily fitted into the double bedroom (which had an en suite). The second bedroom made up as a twin was also very comfortable. And, it only cost a fiver to get a taxi to The Brunello Lounge for a tasty meal one evening. Looking forward to returning next year!

  • Tamara and Sam are very friendly, the place was crystal clean and we really enjoyed the good atmosphere there. The only disadvantage is a poor public transport connection to Weston Super Mare but apart from that I would recommend this place.
