Located along a peaceful lane 3 minutes walk from West Wittering village with its pub and village shops and a 15 minute walk to the Beach and East Head. A local bus to Chichester runs every 30 minutes. We provide an air fryer, single induction portable hob, microwave oven/grill and a Nespresso machine. Complimentary filter coffee and tea is provided. I am sorry but this accommodation is not suitable for children.

We totally renovated our house a year or two ago and designed our purpose built self contained guest Annexe. The room is bright and light with an ensuite shower room and a SIMBA king size bed. There are a couple of easy chairs to relax in and a little table and chairs to eat/work a. There are no cooking facilities but there is a mini fridge, kettle and toaster and we supply tea, coffee, bread & milk. There is safe parking on our private drive right outside your entrance door.

A pretty cabin sitting in our private garden, light & airy but also cosy. There is a double bed, kitchen sink, ensuite shower room, Towels also included is a kettle, Microwave, toaster, mini fridge, iron & board, hair dryer, TV, Dab radio, air conditioning, floor standing fan, electric fire.
