The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dish washer and washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, basic kitchen condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others) plus utensils for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. The bedroom features a comfy king-sized bed (150 x 190cm), a walking closet and an extra closet, so there will be enough room for your clothes and luggage. The towels supplied are for use in the apartment only; if you plan to go to the beach, I kindly ask you to bring your own towels. Bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Fast WIFI High-Speed Internet connection and integrated air conditioning / heating system is available. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. For stays of more than 28 days, the costs of supplies (water, electricity and WIFI) are included up to a limit of € 150 / month, enough to enjoy all the comforts of the house.
