In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. Die Bahn fährt ab Deisenhofen und bringt euch nach München oder zu Zielen im wunderschönen bayerischen Oberland (Tegernsee, Schliersee). Mit dem Auto ist man in 2 Minuten auf der A8 nach Salzburg.
