Historical and individual holidays on West Rügen. Beautiful, personal, small apartment in an old craftsmen's house from 1750 in the center of the small town of Gingst. Located on the first floor, to the market side, with low wooden beamed ceiling and historic windows. Away from the tourist streams at the entrance to the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. Close to nature but with infrastructure: gastronomy, organic shop, handicrafts, ceramics and a very special bookshop in the immediate vicinity.

We rent out our newly built, modern herring house. The house was completed in August 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker River. The furnishing is modern, in Scandinavian style and generously equipped. Our house combines ecological construction, tradition and modern Scandinavian style. Attention: The photos of our listing are used by scammers who have created a fake listing on eBay classifieds. The police are informed, we only rent through Airbnb.

Our very modern and spacious holiday apartment easily fits two to three people and with the booking of the additional bedroom even four people can be accommodated. Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. The apartment perfectly fits a family with one child. Families with two children or three to four adults we recommend to book the extra bedroom.

Go to the sea. Take a vacation in a former schoolhouse. Our 95-year-old house is very quiet in a small village on Westrügen, one of the less touristy corners of Rügen. If you are looking for nature and tranquility, then you are going to the right place. Small trips to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and sit in the sun on our farm in the evening or turn on the tile stove in winter and enjoy a tea.
