Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen seperaten Eingang, wenn benötigt, kann auch ein überdachter Stellplatz zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Zu erwähnen ist, das diese Wohnung in eine ehem. Garage gebaut wurde, daher ist der Ausblick etwas mau, aber wir arbeiten an einer "fotografischen Lösung". ;)
