Entire vacation home exclusive - fantastic, sunny location at 1000 m above sea level on the edge of the forest with A LOT OF PANORAMA, basement with eat-in kitchen, double room with shower/toilet and is open to the upper floor with living area with wood-burning stove, panoramic window and a bedroom with 2 double beds and bathroom/toilet with the possibility of 2 extra beds. Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

You'll love my place because of the coziness and the view. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Since our renovation in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.
