Coffee maker and fridge. The studio apartment has a 35 sqm terrace which can be used alone. Shops with daily necessities can be reached in 2 minutes. The apartment is located between the trendy Marienplatz square and Erwin Schöttleplatz. There are all art, culture as well as very nice bars and cafés in this neighborhood.

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Spacious apartment on Marienplatz

My apartment is decorated with a lot of love and Latin flair. :) The living room invites you to feel good, do yoga, relax. I use it as a dance room with plenty of space and mirror wall. From the large desk in the bedroom you can look out over the rooftops of Stuttgart - very nice for home office. In 8 minutes you are at Marienplatz and in the middle of life. Please note: The apartment is on the 5th floor and so above most of the rooftops of the area, but there is no elevator.

Beautiful apartment with balcony

Hi guys, I'm renting out my 1-room apartment on the 4th floor with balcony and elevator in Stuttgart Mitte. The apartment has a new 1.60 m wide bed and a new small kitchen as well as a separate daylight bathroom. The location is central and yet quiet. Smoking allowed on balcony. Since it is a normal residential building, quiet hours must be observed according to the house rules. No parties! Washing machine not available but closest laundromat close by. See you soon:-)
