Bed was comfortable and enjoyed coffee from the small little corner kitchenette the next morning. Communication was thorough and prompt. We enjoyed everything about our stay in St Augustine! Thank you!

You have found your cozy oasis tucked under tall shade trees in a private, lush tropical courtyard in the historic district. This new studio is a minimalist's dream and exemplifies the appeal of tiny living: compact, clean, efficient, and convenient. Private parking. Walk, bike or have a pedi cab/golf cart pick you up outside your door to tour or get around. When not sightseeing enjoy an outside shower or relax in the courtyard lit by hundreds of tiny laser lights at night.
Park your car in your private space, walk through the courtyard and relax in comfort on a new full size murphy, (pull down) bed. Experience your private, outdoor, bamboo enclosed, warm shower or use the compact stall shower inside. The kitchenette is streamlined with a small refrigerator, sink which doubles as a kitchen and bathroom sink and a two burner stove. Dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, coffee and tea provided. The bathroom is similar to a petite European style bathroom. The toilet area is 2' x 2' with a door and separate from the shower. The shower inside is 2' x 2' with a step up and shower curtain. **See photos. The copper table can be used for make up area or dining, unless you prefer to eat outside on your porch or in the courtyard. Feed the turtles, they love bananas, lettuce and other produce. Other places say they are downtown but you are still a mile or two away. At the courtyard you are in the center of the historic district. Friendly pets are welcomed. The Courtyard Studio is your small, safe place to take an afternoon nap, get ready for a night out, relax and enjoy a quiet tropical setting or to sleep at the end of the day. If the dates you are looking for are booked please check our other studio "Moon Over the Courtyard.
The main house was built by Henry Flagler's development. The surrounding area is the historic district of homes, churches, shops and restaurants, large oak trees, Flagler College, and close distance to US1 for easy access to gas, fast food, pharmacy and highway.
  • It is absolutely a lovely place to stay. The extra touches are everywhere. It is a beautiful place to rejuvenate, relax and soak in the beauty.

    Carrie2020-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • If you are coming into St.Augustine and want to enjoy the downtown area this is the place to stay. It’s a great space for two. The outdoor shower was excellent. The courtyard at night was magical. Pictures don’t do it any justice. Mike was very kind and accommodating through out our stay.

    Jordan2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Mike’s place was terrific! Super cozy, functional space within walking distance to all of the local attractions.

    Carolyn2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect location for a downtown Saint Augustine getaway!

    Alicia2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect (about a ten minute walk from everything), and Mike was very helpful with any problems I had.

    Anthony2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great place that was perfect for my wife and I to relax in and get ready in. Stocked with everything you need will stay again.

    Joshua2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is very well equipped, and with many details. (brochures, fruits, coffee). The very cozy terrace with many trees and plants that were beautifully lit at night. The old town is a few steps away, so the location is perfect. The shower was the only thing a little awkward, something small. It would be difficult for someone big to bathe, but there was another outside shower on the terrace, spacious and lovely. Michael was an excellent host. He attended us personally, and left coffee ready for us every day. I would definitely stay with him again.

    Kathy2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • The tiny space was so lovely and so thought out and we loved it. The courtyard garden and the outdoor shower was just heavenly. The location was everything we wanted. The dogs and cat made us feel at home and even more comfortable. Seriously we had such an lovely stay and cant wait to come back! Thank y'all for everything

  • The ‘Magic Garden’ is a great place! ...an oasis from the busy downtown but close enough to open the gate and walk to all the delightful shops, restaurants, and nightlife of St. Augustine. Rooms are artfully decorated and super comfortable. Ours opened onto a little veranda and the true magic of the garden with its lovely plants, fountains, benches and tables. Shaded in afternoons or twinkling at night, such a delightful place to be. Also, check in was simple and direct; parking in back was easy; decor is very tasteful and special from travertine tiles to towels and linens - luxurious; pricing was reasonable and fair; location is great. My husband and I will definitely stay here again!

Much easier then driving into town to fine parking, etc. While we only stayed one night, this place is highly recommended from us!! Amy was very quick to respond with answers to questions and local recommendations were provided in a handy little binder in the place!

    Alicia2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Amy's place is an absolutely adorable little spot, conveniently located, and filled with nice touches. I loved the way she set up the place, and, while it's small, it doesn't seem like it, and every space is utilized in such a cool way, with lots of little details that all work well together. Amy and her family were gracious hosts and gave good recommendations on places to see and eat, and everything went really smoothly the whole time. Would definitely recommend and wished we could have stayed longer!

The hosts were great and responsive if we had any questions. The marina was quiet even thou it is close to the road and other boaters were friendly. Even our two French Bulldogs loved their stay.

Due to COVID-19 we increased cleaning procedures above and beyond our exceptional 5 star cleaning routine. To ensure safety for our guests we have confirmed no recent guests nor future guests have traveled to CDC Stage 3 countries (China, Korea, Europe, Iran). Please note from Mar 28-Apr 10 we are only able to accept non-vacation commercial travelers. If you’re looking to getaway from all the craziness, we have the perfect hidden gem. But don't take our word for it! Read our 5 star reviews!
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen complete with a full sized fridge, oven, stove, microwave and all your essential kitchenware for breakfasts in the morning before venturing out for the day. Start your mornings with a cup (or two!) of complimentary locally roasted St A coffee with a high-quality coffee bar setup while you explore our extensive guide book of insider tips for restaurants and activities. After a full day, wind down with a glass of wine and a book in the sunroom or watch your favorite shows and movies on the large flat screen smart TV in our comfortable living room. To keep you connected back to family at home (or work if you must!), the blazing fast wifi (250+ mbps) is simple and free.
As you meander through this historic neighborhood you're treated to architectural gems and stately live oaks. Our guest house is closer to the downtown action than the City's official visitor parking garage yet, because of the design of our street, is one of the quieter places in the area. For you, this means the best of both worlds! The guest house was built in 1910 but recently remodeled to provide modern convenience while preserving historic charm. Only a 2-3 min walk from St. George Street (Main Street), an 8-10 min drive away from the beach and a 3-5 minute drive to the local grocery store, you truly are in the middle of it all.

  • This experience was truly unforgettable ❤️ my children and I fell in love with the boat life. Our host too care of everything expeditiously and with great care. Everything is less than a 10 minute drive. The boat was super clean & super easy to stay in. Loved the breeze and gentle waves. An incredible spring break adventure

  • From start to finish, this was a really great experience. The hosts were incredibly communicative about our stay—beforehand, during and after. The boat was beautiful and clean, and the view was serene. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again!

  • This is a super fun experience if you have never slept on a boat. We went during a week that was cooler temps (50’s at night) and the space heater kept us warm enough and we actually slept with the top open above our bed. We loved sitting on top of the boat and enjoying the wild life. We heard dolphins at night and saw a lot of birds. This was a relaxing and unique experience and we definitely recommend it to others!

  • My stay DreamAboard's boat was exactly what I needed. The location was perfect, marina amenities were updated and clean, and the boat itself was comfortable and pretty. DreamAboard was quick to respond to messages, friendly and respectful, and attentive to the smaller details of the stay. They even went so far as to provide a welcome package including information about St. Augustine and a video explaining how to get on the boat and use everything during my stay. I was extremely impressed and would not hesitate to stay with them again!

Our romantic "Painter's House" is small upscale living in a free standing two story cottage & no minimum stay! It's located 3 blocks from St George St and steps from shopping and dining! There is a private garden, a shared garden and a private balcony for your outdoor enjoyment. Queen bed & bath up, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, sitting area & TV down. Shower and sink are separated from the bedroom by a curtain; the toilet is behind in its own closed space. Street parking is FREE!
The Painter's House sits back from the street and is Very Private. Originally the carriage house for the property, it was renovated by the previous owners into a painting studio/apartment. It is a quiet neighborhood albeit connected to a very busy tourist town. You will hear people, cars, the cannon fire at the fort, church chimes and the occasional trolley in the daytime. This includes the Firestone during their regular hours. I LOVE this space: the openness, the romance of it, the light, the art, but one of its most delightful aspects is the access to the outdoors. You walk through a shared garden to get to the little house. Step out the back door and you will find yourself in a very serene, very private walled garden. Have your morning coffee on the upstairs deck that overlooks the shared garden. Take a walk a couple blocks east and you are on the intracoastal waterway. It's all good. *Off street parking is provided for one small to mid sized vehicle. Full size trucks and SUVs will have to use free public on street parking.
Zoned commercial, we are the last house next to a Quite historic residential waterfront neighborhood in "uptown" two blocks from Ripley's.

Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.
The Anastasia Grand, a Mediterranean Revival with six boutique apartments, was one of the first buildings completed in this cool neighborhood. 900 Square feet of Modern Elegance for our guests to relax and recharge. Each of the six, one bedroom luxury apartments has been immaculately revived with refinished hardwood floors, brand new stainless steel appliances, glass shower, full sized washer and dryer and a king sized bed. Everything is brand new and ready for to host your unforgettable visit to the nation's oldest (and best!) city! In addition to visiting the beach and downtown, make sure to explore Anastasia Blvd by foot or on one of our complimentary bikes! This neighborhood has become a local hot spot with a host of local eateries, a craft brewery, and live music venues. And if you like rum drinks on the water, having a Goombay Smash on the dock of the Conch House Marina and Waterfront Restaurant, is an experience not to be missed!
Davis Shores is perfectly located close to many restaurants, the Amphitheater, Beach, and downtown St. Augustine, but has the charm of a quite neighborhood.
  • I hesitate to tell others how great this place was...because then perhaps we will not find an opening! Unit 1 had every detail a person could want. And when we contacted the owners, we had a quick response. Truly 5 star in every way!

  • Excellent accommodations. Location just across the Bridge of Lions so you can walk into historic St Augustine and not worry about parking. Beautifully appointed, comfortable bed, outstanding kitchen and even washer/dryer. Great communication before, during our stay, and after check-out. Definitely a 5-star *plus.

Steampunk pirate farmhouse is 20 minute walk to historic downtown. Súper sanitized, Gypsy Pirate Style with disinfectant and positive magic! Your own apartment with separate entrance, master suite, queen size bed & industrial kitchen with gas stove! Want aerial yoga session? let me know. Filtered water, vegan restaurant & brewery. 10 min drive to beaches. No smoking inside. Vape friendly! Cats live outside. Yo hablo Español. Perfectamente, no? Pero, déjame practicar con ustedes!
This house, built in 1890 was renovated with love, whimsy & steampunk pirate style. We survived both recent hurricanes without damage! It's a legal duplex so you will get the downstairs apartment to yourselves. A twin mattress and cot is available for 3rd guest. Sit out on the porch or in the magical fairy garden yoga playground out back! Pick mint from the garden. Use our restaurant style kitchen. Walk to town to avoid St Augustine's notoriously bad traffic & parking. We are conveniently located between both Vilano Beach & St. Augustine Beach. Free wifi but no TV. Bring your tech devices. Trains go by at night. I consider them a fresh passage of chi through my body if I still hear them. Earplugs are available if that concerns you. The doorways in this old farmhouse don't line up straight. This confuses ghosts and keeps them away. As far as we know we're not haunted. When I bought this house it came with a cat so actually it’s HIS house. He is not allowed downstairs, so if you’re allergic to kitties, know I work hard to keep him out and the space dander-free! That being said, when you go out, keep doors to hallway closed or he will seize the opportunity to reclaim it!
The house is 2 blocks west of US1 on West King, a neighborhood that started as orchards, went through a rough patch in the 90's and is now becoming St Augustine's hip, historic new artsy neighborhood. The Present Moment Vegan Restaurant, Bog Brewery, Discovery Yoga are literally steps away & lots of new businesses are sprouting up. We are a 10 minute walk to Flagler College (if you walk fast). This house was built in the late 1800's for one of the daughters of the Winn Dixie family. The sister house with same footprint was built across the street for the other daughter!

  • Aruna did a fine job describing her place, and the pictures hid no unwelcome surprises. Her space is cool and funky, spacious yet warm and inviting. Her outside spaces were quirky and fun too. We especially enjoyed the front porch. We were close to great dining choices. If plan to return, I would try and book her downstairs again in a heartbeat.

  • We came to Tom’s tiny house for our anniversary and were very pleased with the entire experience! Tom was super kind and accommodating, the tiny house is adorable and so cozy! It was definitely a memorable trip to Saint Augustine! I’ll always remember the tiny house where I proposed to my fiancé! Thank you Tom!

  • Amazing! We had so much fun. The outdoor shower was so peaceful and the house was just right. Tom was very accommodating to our arrival time and had such great extras. We even came home one blustery day to a fire! The perfect place in St. Aug!

  • Very cute tiny space my boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here and loved being so close to town. Despite being on the same property as the host there was still a lot of privacy. We loved the hot tub outdoor shower and perfect location to downtown.

  • The Captain’s Quarters is perfect for a romantic getaway with your SO! My husband and I took out first trip to St. Augustine for Valentine’s weekend and this tiny home Airbnb was the perfect place to stay. Located right between the historic downtown district and the beach, all of our drives were only 6-15min drives. We used the outdoor hot tub under the stars every night and loved the peacefulness of the outdoor shower!! Would recommend this Airbnb and plan on staying here again anytime we go to the area.

Stylish & romantic king suite with a large eat-in kitchen that's equipped to cook! Everything you need for longer stays including washer & dryer. Watch the sunset over the water. Beautiful shared garden, just a few blocks to restaurants and shops, walking (10-15 min) distance to "old town" shopping, dining and historical sites, free Netflix/Hulu, historic neighborhood, FREE PARKING & EV charging, magical outdoor spaces, comfy bed, coffee, tea and espresso & dogs are only $10 per pet per stay!
This is a lovely large apartment size suite. We have done our best to equip this unit with everything you need to prepare and serve food for up to 6 people. It has a pull-out sofa and chair in the generous bedroom and a nice desk and chair in the entryway for those annoying "working vacations." There is an internet connected (only) TV that you can watch Netflix and Hulu on us or log on to any of your on subscription based providers. There are beautiful outdoor seating areas connected to the larger shared garden. Bikes, charcoal grill, and off-street parking are available at the back of the property. It's a space I could comfortably stay for years!
At the edge of a historic neighborhood called "uptown" close to US-1 Here are some locations and distances that might be of some interest to you in the area! Castillo De San Marcos- 0.6 miles St Augustine Lighthouse- 2.7 miles Alligator Farm Zoological Park- 2.6 miles Vilano Beach- 2.8 miles St Augustine Beach Pier- 5.2 miles Guana River State Park- 9.1 miles Plaza De La Constitucion- 1.1 miles The White Room- 1 mile

  • I'd stay here again - i had a great time!!

    Conrad2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, just in a different room. Both places were spotless and I chose this room for the additional space. I was visiting with my mom and there was plenty of space for both of us. Comfortable bed, great shower with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Nice towels. The kitchen was huge with every appliance you might need. Nice having a coffee pot for regular drip coffee for my mom and the Nespresso machine for myself with decaf. The room’s windows overlook the courtyard so if anyone walks by, you can hear them and they can easily see in the bedroom if the window shades are up. Even with the shades down, there is some light that comes through at night so if you’re sensitive to light like I am, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask. And shower gel, they only provide bar soap with shampoo and conditioner. Great location to walk into town from and the hosts were great with any request. Our next door neighbor turned on their TV at 1am and woke us up the first night but the host reached out to them and asked that they keep the volume low. Didn’t hear anything the second night. Definitely recommend!

Located in Davis Shores a short ride or walk to the Lighthouse Park, the Alligator Farm, Anastasia State Park, the Amphitheater and historic district. The bungalow has a lovely room for you, other sitting areas and a heart shaped heated pool in backyard. St. Augustine rated number 1 of “South Best Food Towns 2019” by Southern Living. The remodeled home now has new floors, kitchen, freshly painted walls, and a super quiet ductless HVAC system. Backyard and pool is a paradise.
Home is less than one mile from the historic district of St. Augustine; 1/4 mile to Lighthouse Park; 1/4 mile to the Alligator Farm; 1/2 mile to entrance of Anastasia State Park one of Florida's beach parks; 3/4 miles to St. Augustine Amphitheater where many bands entertain; and 2 miles from beautiful St. Augustine Beach. The home is small but nicely remodeled with a nice guest room and bath, a large private patio and swimming pool. The neighborhood is a 1950's development with many homes from that era and more contemporary homes. It is surrounded by marshes. Streets are wide and homes well cared for. Neighborhood is safe for walking, biking or driving. The room is not large but has adequate space, however, guests are welcome to sit in and enjoy other rooms in the house. I have rearranged house after Hurricane Matthew and provide nice sitting areas for your use. The bed is given high marks for comfort. Bathroom is directly across the hall and private for guests. The pool is solar heated and so far I've been able to maintain temps above 70 on coldest nights. Until October 1 the temps were in 80's. You are welcome to enjoy this space which is good for lounging, sunbathing, and quite private. After the Hurricane, I renovated and improved the privacy fences for greater privacy for guests while around the pool. I was born in St. Augustine and knows a good bit of its history, how to best get around, what will suit your interests, and much about fun things to do and places to eat. Speaking of food, restaurants have just opened that add to dining possibilities within a mile of us like a Peruvian Restaurant, German Pub, a cool Vinyl Record lounge with beers and wines, a terrific taco shop, and Burger and grinder place. These add to the choices presented by long time offerings from a retro restaurant, shrimp house, Gourmet hamburger shop, and more. If you like to dance as I do, there are often possibilities during the week and always on weekends. I'll provide you a list of places in all these categories when you arrive for the whole area with our recommendations.
The house is located in Davis Shores, which is one of the historic neighborhoods of St. Augustine. The streets are wide and wooded. My lot is shaded by Red Cedar Trees which are a protected species. Some of the houses in Davis Shores date back to the 1920's when it began developing. Others have been recently built. Probably the majority were built in the 1950s and 60s. Million dollar homes are located on the marsh or bay front. Others, like mine, are more modestly priced the farther from the marsh and bay. This is a great area for walking and bicycle riding. There are a number of restaurants within 1/2 to 3/4 miles of our house including Mojo's Tacos, Gypsy Cab Company, Mellow Mushroom, Hoptinger Bier Garten, Black Fly, Gas Station, The Llama, Osteens, Candlelight, Creative Juices Natural Foods, Anastasia Cafe, and the Conch House Restaurant and Marina. The lighthouse and Alligator Farm are both a stones throw away.
  • Wonderful hosts, great location, and outstanding value. I hope to be back here in St. Augustine in the future.

  • This is a centrally located accommodation, minutes from downtown & safe for solo woman travelers! Lg. private space, comfortable bed, private bath across hall. Bedrm temp can be self controlled with in room remote, for heating & cooling. The hosts are pleasant, responsive & helpful.!

  • Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Great host, apartment, and location

    Sharon2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • The host, Andy was very kind. The guest home we stayed in was very well kept and spacious. He offered us bikes, ping pong, and kayak usage. The manual was a trip to read; I appreciated the humor. I would certainly recommend this location!

    Greg2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Overall, it was a great experience! The location is a bit too far to walk to the downtown area, however it is close enough to bike and a very cheap uber away if you don't feel like biking. The apartment is very nice and simple with plenty of amenities like shampoo, conditioner, coffee , mini-fridge, etc. The only things that I found lacking are that some of the trim could use a light paint touch up and that the shower, while spacious, was not very powerful. However, both are easy fixes and very minor. Most importantly, Andrew is a great host! He was very friendly and greeted us immediately. He gave us tons of no-nonsense suggestions in his house manual for things to do and we were not disappointed at all! Simply put, it is a great space for a great value! Would highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Conary2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Andrew's place is clean, quiet, and stylish. The interior design is very thoughtful with some inspirational touches to the rooms. It's also located close to both the maritime & lighthouse museum and the alligator farm, we were able to walk over to these locations in less than 20 minutes, which is definitely a plus for us. Andrew is also quick to response to inquiries about checking in. Would highly recommend this place!

    Stella2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Nice cozy little spot. Get your steroids in to get to historic downtown St. Augustine.

    Edmund2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Sadly I was only able to have one night at Andy’s during my first visit to St Augustine, but it was still a delightful stay. Per his advice when I set out to do some sightseeing I parked at the foot of the bridge to avoid the traffic jams to get into town. The apartment was so relaxing and comfortable it truly felt like I was on vacation.

Nice thoughtful touches were water in the fridge and snacks under the counter, which can in handy when we wanted a midnight snack! The place was clean and we used the beach chairs that were offered. • It was a perfect stay! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Edward and Glenna, their beautiful space was absolutely perfect. Peaceful, clean and cozy, it was my “home away from home” the night before and the day and night of my wedding. Glenna and Edward are hospitable and warm. You will feel right at home!

    Denise2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Edward and Glenna provide an amazing retreat from the world in their villa.

    Andrea2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Edward and Glenna were excellent hosts! They were thorough in both communication leading up to - as well as presentation of the Airbnb for the traveler coming to enjoy St. Augustine. We interacted primarily with Edward, who was knowledgeable about the town and made sure we knew all the amenities offered to us. The hot tub was clean & the backyard an oasis. We hope to stay with them again!

    Taylor2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Nothing but five stars for our weekend getaway. Ed and Glenna were very generous and responsive. We enjoyed our chats with them. The property was better than we could have imagined. We purposely chose a place with a spa, which they had heated up and ready for us when we wanted to use it. The pictures don’t do it justice. You truly do feel like you are in a treehouse in this cozy and well decorated studio. The bed was extremely comfortable. If you forgot to pack something don’t worry, they have everything you can think of. The location could not be better. A cozy, quiet treelined street that is minutes away from the beach or the historic district. Will definitely book this property again on our next back trip to this beautiful, quaint city.

Thank you for your interest in "The Heart of St. Augustine" apt. Live music, scrumptious food, craft drinks, and the hustle and bustle of people walking the historic, cobblestone roads of St. George Street all surround you. Sightseeing, restaurants, and nightlife are at the bottom of your stairs. Due to stairs and safety issues our accommodations are not suitable for children between the ages of 1-7. There is a 2 night minimum for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day. Thank you.
This 1000 square-foot, shotgun-style apt with a balcony and patio is located above the city's finest pizzeria, Pizzalley's, and Italian restaurant, The Chianti Room. It is steps away from the newest, happening, gastropub and lounge, The Prohibition Kitchen, which has live music nightly from 6pm-1am. The owners of Pizzalley's, Chianti Room and Prohibition Kitchen welcome you with a complimentary drink card at their restaurants, along with 10% off all meals, and VIP status to make reservations (excludes Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, due to restaurant closure). From the moment you walk on the property you will feel as if you're in Old World Europe. There is a free parking spot for one small/medium car only. Due to the parking situation in the historic district this spot is used for the owner, guest and cleaning crew only. If you would like to park it is available to you ONLY during your check-in to check-out times. . Our parking space may not be ideal for everyone, especially if you are in a truck or large SUV. There is paid parking across the street or in the City Parking Garage if you would prefer.

  • We had a wonderful stay to celebrate our anniversary! The location was perfect, and Susan was very welcoming!! She left a happy Anniversary note with wine and chocolates for us to celebrate!! The apt was wonderful and just as was described in the description! Highly recommend for anyone wanted to stay right in downtown!

    Danielle2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Susan is an amazing host! She is quick to respond and will ensure you have a perfect stay. The location couldn’t get any better. Everything is within walking distance. We only moved our car once to travel beach side. The parking space is worth it on its own. The place is just as described. The bed is comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and patio area. I wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper as you can hear the music from the restaurants downstairs. My husband and I are night owls so it didn’t bother us. Definitely don’t miss out on going to Prohibition Kitchen, it will not disappoint. The food, drinks and customer service are outstanding. Added bonus that guests are able to make reservations. We had a wonderful time. Thanks, Susan!

  • Very clean. Fabulously Comfy bed and pillows. Great nighttime lighting if you need to get up in the night for anything. In the Heart of Everything. Super convenient.

    Kimberly2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • We booked this Airbnb for our wedding weekend. While we were a little nervous to use Airbnb for such a special occasion, Susan took extra steps to make it special for us! The place was spotless upon arrival complete with rose petals on the bed and a nice congratulatory note on the chalk board. This place could not be more conveniently located and the Italian food and pizza downstairs is award winning for sure! We definitely recommend staying here. Also great people watching from the balcony!

  • John and Kelley’s place is very private, clean, and spacious. We walked across the lion bridge to get to downtown everyday, which doesn’t take long. There are also some great places just a block or two away. The area feels very safe too.

  • It was a good Airbnb. Very kind.

    Karen2020-01-10T00:00:00Z
  • This bungalow is just right for two visitors. It is advertised as room for four, which you could, but it may be tight quarters. Just a few minute walk to a beautiful beach that was not highly populated. Very easy to get to any of the attractions.

    Melanie2019-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • I wish I could give the location more than 5 stars! The cabin is hardly a 90 second walk to a very secluded beach. It was absolutely stunning. The boogie boards, beach towels, and sun hats all came to good use. Would have loved to take advantage of the grill, but we were too wrapped up in the amazing beaches. Gayla was so kind and helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely recommend staying at mermaid cove.

    Jessica2019-11-01T00:00:00Z

  • Gayla’s little bungalow was great and just as described. The location was perfect and convenient to everything! The beach is truly just a short walk and all the gear I could need was provided. The outdoor space is well appointed and perfect for entertaining. Indoor space was clean, comfortable and just the right size with all the amenities. I highly recommend!

    Sarah2019-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • This garage apt. is located only 2 blocks from St. Augustine's downtown restaurants & stores & the harbor front. Everything is within walking distance. And, the entire city is draped in white lights for Christmas right now. Gorgeous! The Holly Jolly Trolley is also fun. It has a kitchen and washer/dryer. It's squeaky clean and so comfortable, with two comfy couches in the living room and a bed and "fainting couch" in the bedroom. There's even a little screen porch. It's very private because it's behind one of St. Augustine's large Victorian houses (I believe Jason also owns & operates this as a B&B) & there's a lot of vegetation around the garage. You'd never believe you're smack in the middle of the city. I highly recommend the following restaurants, within walking distance: 1) Mojo BBQ, 2) Columbia, 3) O.C. White's, & 4) Pizza Time (a hole in the wall but the pizza and the antipasti salad are exceptional . . . they ONLY take cash). Also highly recommended restaurants that are not walkable: 1) Creekside Dinery off of U.S. 1 has beautiful outdoor dining underneath huge oaks with white lights, a fire pit, & a small stage for entertainment, 2) South Beach Grill is oceanfront on Crescent Beach, & 3) Caps on the Water is on the intracoastal waterway, with outside dining & huge oaks w/ lights

Our outdoor back yard common areas are dreamy- and include a variety of private "secret spots" such as large upper level waterfront observation deck with table and chairs, rustic waterfront covered fireplace seating area, and Adirondack chairs overlooking the water, making this a very special space. you are welcome to use at your leisure.

  • Our stay at Sydney's was great, and the location on the water and so close to the beach was amazing for a couple days of enjoying the ocean!

    Marisa2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Sydney’s place was super cute and super comfortable. We were only there for one night but it had everything we needed. We even accidentally overslept because the bed was so nice! Plus it was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend.

    Jamie2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay in this beautiful property. The space is elegant and comfortable. The location is perfect and allows easy access to all St. Augustine has to offer. Additionally. Sidney is a wonderful host.

    Bonnie2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent location, perfect for single or couple visiting the area. Well appointed including artworks by the host. Cozy and welcoming, exceeded my expectations!

    Brad2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Sydney’s place was even better than the pictures made us expect! We stayed for one night as a rest stop on a long road trip, and enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning a longer trip to St. Augustine in the future. The property and location is so so beautiful, and we were able to walk to every single place we wanted to go. We even got to see some dolphins down by the water! This Airbnb experience was everything we needed & more. And Sydney really wasn’t joking about how friendly the pup on the property is! He was such a sweetie pie that we were sad to say goodbye to him, he was just the icing on the cake to our perfect little stop in St. Augustine (:

    Katelynn2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful space full of art and interesting things scattered throughout. Sydney was a lovely host and even left us a lovely note and a bottle of champagne in ice with 2 stemmed glasses to celebrate our honeymoon. I tell you, after 14 hours of driving it was a welcome sight. The location is perfect and so so close to good food and downtown. There are two very cozy chairs outside the doors where you can sit and just enjoy the evening. There are other things too that we read about but did not have time to take advantage of. But we recommend this space and this host for your St. Augustine Airbnb needs. By the way, the bed is so comfortable and magical that it almost came home with us on top of our Subaru!! ;) Cheers, Sydney. Thanks for everything.

  • Highly recommend Andrea and Daniel's space. Great location- walking distance to many restaurants as well close to historic sites. The hosts were kind enough to leave suggestions for places to visit and places to eat! Also plenty of amenities included with the space such as plates, cups, coffee, snacks, etc. Check-in/out made easy with key code access. Overall, the space was clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything a family would need for their stay. Would definitely stay again!

    Regina2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • We had a very nice stay at Daniel's place. The location is great. We stayed near the historic part of town our first time around, but think I enjoyed this side of town better. He placed lots of attention to detail, stuff if you want to go to the beach, tea and coffee in the kitchen, honestly I have no complaints.

    Shandy2020-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • For those exploring both St. Augustine Historic District and Anastasia Island, this is the perfect location. The owners take very good care of their place for their guests.

    Christina2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • We loved it. Very clean and quiet. Conveniently located by histrionic downtown area and local restaurants. Highly recommend to stay at Daniel’s when you visit St. Augustine!

  • This place is in a great spot close to downtown and very clean and modern. We didn’t have any issues and would recommend staying here!

    Jennifer2019-12-20T00:00:00Z
  • As a first time user of Airbnb, I was pretty amazed by how nice the place was when I saw it in person, looks way better than in the pictures. It’s very clean and spacious not to mention it’s at a great spot with easy access to Downtown St Augustine. They made check in and check out process practically effortless, and for the money it beats staying in a hotel, I will definitely stay here again in future.

A: English Landing less than 1-mile to the heart of the historic district. A five minute Uber away! The boat is located in a private marina where our boat is slipped. This accommodation is for people looking for peace and tranquility over the river in the St. Augustine historic district. Q: How can I see all of your places for rent? A: Click on our Airbnb profile (the round photo) & scroll all the way to the bottom below the aggregated reviews (on Mobile) or look to the left (on Desktop). You’ll see all of our listings Q: 1 Night Reservations? A: Yes! You can instant book or send us an inquiry! Q: Is it comfortable? A: VERY! Our boats are designed with live-aboard / stay-aboard in mind with all the creature comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchenettes, premium furnishings, updated HVAC, TV, Keurig coffee makers… etc. Q: Any restaurants close by? A: TONS! Some of St. Augustine’s best are within a mile of the marina. Q: How to book: A: If you don’t have any questions after reading over the FAQ below then simply instant book. If you send an inquiry we’ll respond promptly, if not immediately. Q: Why is the price so different for my dates? A: Airbnb automatically sets our prices based on demand & seasonality. If you don’t search with exact dates Airbnb shows the lowest price throughout the season. Prices range from $99 per night for weekday day-of bookings in January all the way to $499 per night for weekends during peak season summer and everywhere in-between. Q: Bathroom… explain! A: The boat is equipped with a water heater ensuring you get hot water throughout the boat. You'll always have enough hot water to enjoy a 10 - 15 minute shower. The boat has a full sized marine toilet that is easy to use as long as you follow our simple instructions. Q: Heat? Air Conditioning? A: Our boats are equipped with BOTH ample Heat & Air Conditioning. No matter the time of year you can be assured that you will be staying in a climate controlled & comfortable environment. Q: Can we take the boats out & drive them? A: No. We don’t carry any insurance for bareboat charters. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 4 or Checkout later than 10? A: We will do our best. Most days there’s someone checking in the same day there’s a checkout but we try & go above and beyond if this is requested. Q: What to expect that's different than a hotel? A: It's a boat, it is a unique FUN experience. There may be noises and smells that you'd expect from a boat. Pumps, motors, ocean water, etc. Every boat is broken the day it hits the water, especially salt water. We take great care of our fleet but we expect guests to tell us if anything isn’t working properly & we will PROMPTLY respond & will try to repair it in a timely manner. Q: Waves? A:. There is still a small amount of wave action and you'll feel a slight rock from time-to-time. If there's a bad storm or the wave action gets to a point that your stay is no longer enjoyable, we will do our best (no guarantees) to work out alternative accommodations for you. Your comfort is our top priority. 99% of the time the marina is almost totally flat and calm. Q: Do you allow pets? A: You bet! We ask that dogs not be puppies, don’t scratch at doors, and don’t bark incessantly while you’re away. The boats are close together & a non-stop barking dog isn’t appreciated. We DEEP clean the boats after pets stay aboard due to future guests’ possible allergies so a $50 pet fee per pet is applied for those who travel with pets with a maximum of two. Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the boats so the other guests can enjoy their stay. Quiet time after 10pm. Q: Is the marina safe? A: VERY. We have 24/7 surveillance. The parking lot & dock is well lit & the marina is right off US-1 which is one of the main roads in St. Augustine. All boats lock from inside & you can padlock the door when you leave if you wish to lock up your belongings. We’re here daily looking over the fleet. Q: Handicap accessible? A: No. You'll need to get on the boat which requires a 1-2' step and there are steps on the boat. The deck stairs are steep and you'll need to be sure footed. Q: Parking? A: Yes, you can park your car. Since it’s a small private marina the walk to the parking lot from the boat is only roughly yards away.
  • Definitely a great spot to check out and relax. Would come back here anytime! Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space.

  • Great to wake up on the water, very cozy and great location close to downtown.

    Alli2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • This is definitely a unique stay for those looking for something a little different! The boat was small but well kept, and the bathroom/shower facilities at the marina were clean. The location was nice...away from the intensity of the main St Augustine attractions but a quick and easy drive or inexpensive Uber trip.

    Teri2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • I would give this place 100 stars if I could!! The hosts went above and beyond our expectations! I’ve stayed at quite a few AirBnB’s and this was definitely a new favorite! The hosts were so accommodating to anything we needed. The boat was so cute, and was such a nice comfortable stay. Definitely watch the check in video before you arrive, and you’ll have no issues! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

    Bre2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great stay in this Dream Aboard boat Airbnb! From the beginning to the end, Andrew, Aaron, and Sofia were quick to reply to my questions and inquiries about the listing. I felt like they were helpful, available, and willing to communicate efficiently with us. The location of the marina is great in that it’s a short drive from city center. If you’re visiting, you’ll probably want to be pretty close and it’s conveniently located. There is also a gas station directly across from the marina in case you need some last minute supplies, snacks, or beverages. There are other boats in the marina docked close together. This 100% was not an issue for us, but there are occupants on those boats so it’s possible you may hear them/see them during your stay if they’re louder than normal. It didn’t bother us because the cabin was pretty insulated and quiet. The AC and heat worked well too - we didn’t even have to adjust it from what their setting. The boat and living area was just as described and see in the pictures. Everything is pretty easy to understand given the video and help that the hosts left. The only thing to note is that my husband and I had trouble flushing the toilet even with their video instructions. It wasn’t an issue since we didn’t go #2, but it was a hassle. Nevertheless, the marina has facilities for toileting and showering - they’re incredibly clean and it’s about a 20 second walk! Very convenient. No complaints. Overall - great stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend!! Husband and I enjoyed it. It’s a small space and the waves definitely cause some swaying - definitely keep this in mind if you have issues with claustrophobia or sea sickness.

  • It was great, exactly what we were looking for. The boat is clean, organized and everything works. The a/c is good and the location is perfect, an easy 10-15 minute walk and we were in the historic town. The host are very communicative and the instructions to access the marina and the boat were very detailed. Highly recommend.

  • Staying on this sailboat is a unique experience. The marina is easy drive to the key downtown areas. Marina restroom and showers are new and clean. Boat is comfortable and nicely decorated. Hosts are communicative and very friendly. Had a great time! Will be back!

  • I wasn’t totally sure what to expect because I’ve never stayed on a sailboat as an airbnb but would highly recommend it! The weather for being January was absolutely perfect and the boat is beautiful. I brought my dog with me and he loved the cabin area. Everything was very clean and super cute. Will be back!

  • This place is just awesome. It’s welcoming, clean, stylish, well-maintained. It’s part of the cutest little pink re-vamped Florida Motel. But this unit is a duplex next door with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. There were 4 of us and it was perfect. We all loved our stay there. There are bikes to use too, which is an ideal way to get into town. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Welcome to our cottage! Peter and I do our best to ensure that you have a rewarding and memorable stay. If the cottage is not available for your dates please check out our other listing, "charming home in excellent location"
Our lovely small cottage features a full size regular bed on ground floor (not a loft), a small bathroom, a galley kitchen, and a screened seating area. Please note that the shower is small, similar to a boat shower. The kitchen includes a fridge, coffee service, kettle, toaster, hotplate and microwave but there is no stove. It is set up for making light meals..eggs, toast etc. that we provide. If you are planning a longer stay be prepared to eat out a lot at some of the great restaurants in the area! A BBQ and charcoal is available. This is an ideal location for nature lovers. The cottage is nestled in our own tropical garden which has been featured in the local paper. The surrounding marshes are filled with birds and you can watch the nesting birds return to the rookery at the Alligator Farm in the evening. The St. Augustine lighthouse is within view of our property. We have a lovely screened porch, adjacent deck, fire pit, and a tree house with a claw foot tub for true nature lovers. You can walk or bike to the beach, the lighthouse, downtown, restaurants, and attractions. We are pet lovers and have several parrots and some exotic corvids. And a few goofy dogs too. Your beloved pets are always welcome here.
Quiet street overlooking marshes yet close to town
  • We enjoyed our short stay in Stefanie’s cottage. The back porch lends itself to afternoon meditations in her gardens. This is just a wonderful property that was outfitted with just the right amenities.

    Jodi2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Had a short but wonderful stay at the tropical cottage. It is a small but stylish space with great attention to detail. Had everything we needed and we loved looking around in the morning at the beautiful porch and garden. Super glad our little dog could stay with us too. Highly recommend

  • This place is so very unique! We loved all the plants in the garden, listening to the chickens cluck while we ate the fresh eggs from them (along with fruit and English muffins) for breakfast, and sipping the wine provided when we arrived. The bed was extremely comfy, and the bathroom was very clean. The only downsides were that the jam provided for breakfast was moldy, and the shower was so tight we could barely fit in it (and neither of us are large people).

    Cameron2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • Stephanie's place is extraordinarily quaint with nice little added touches and well stocked. The location is great.

    Ralph2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • This unit was extremely clean. Very private. Very quiet. Had great kitchen amenities. Great location, can walk to shows at the ampitheater. Quick trip to get to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

    Danyelle2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic little get away. Very small, just FYI if you are tall or portly. It's very close to the amphitheatre - perfect for shows. It has a cute little patio, very private feeling. Would definitely visit again.

    Tiffany2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage was absolutely adorable, it had the most unique treehouse and beautiful flowers and birds! The screened in porch was also nice, we were able to enjoy one of Florida’s few cool nights without worrying about mosquitos! I really appreciated the breakfast, snacks, and drinks that were put out for us, too! Very thoughtful personal touches to make anyone feel at home, our cat loved it too😄

    Jessica2020-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage was a delightful experience. Great location but now my wife has way too many ideas of what we “need” to do with our barn!

  • This motel was the cutest place I’ve had the privilege to stay in!! The theme was so cute and everything was SO clean. The location was right down the road from basically everything, and it was so fun to ride the bikes to downtown! The hosts were so nice, any questions or concerns I had they answered right away. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will most likely stay here again in the future :)

This high style little uptown King suite is full of light and good vibes! Just a few blocks to uptown's restaurants and shops, and walking distance to the "old town" shopping , dining and historical sites.. love the original art, euro decor, easy location, historic neighborhood, FREE parking, 40 amp EV charging, magical outdoor spaces, the comfy bed and the free coffee and tea! Perfect for a romantic couples retreat, solo adventurers, bring your friendly dog for $10 fee (under 75 lbs).
This unit (#3) is one of three units that share the east garden of a multi family house (click "reviews" to view my others). Its a completely private studio with bath, comes with coffee/tea, mini fridge, microwave and toaster. Like all our spaces it shares the garden but no interior spaces! You can spend evenings outside in the shared garden, listen to the fountains while sipping wine. There are plenty of tables and seating for you to enjoy. Use the grill to make some local fish! Yum! And the beach is only a ten minute drive...
We are at the edge of a business district going into a residential neighborhood. Very safe to walk at all times. Lots of restaurants, shops, historic attractions and large hotel chains nearby! • We found the location, at the edge of the historical district, very convenient. Parking off street, room was quaint, and held everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. But the jewel was the shared garden and deck. Bubbling fountain, lighted at night, absolutely charming outdoor space, made this home.

    Joann2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place! Great location, close to everything! And the bikes were a huge plus to go around town!

    Juan2020-02-27T00:00:00Z

  • Lovely place to stay - garden entrance is perfect. The room was very nice & clean. Quiet neighborhood to take a walk with plenty of places to eat close by. We especially enjoyed the Raintree restaurant which is only a short walk away. We arrived around noon & already had a text telling us we could check in early. This was so very much appreciated. We would recommend this place to everyone.
