Very nice apartment on the 1st floor with nice terrace in a house divided in 4 apartments. Ideally located in a quiet area and less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and the beach. It is composed of a beautiful kitchen fully equipped and open on a living room opening on the terrace. You have 2 bedrooms, one with lots of storage space and a queen size bed, and a small children's bedroom with a single bed. Shower room with WC. Free parking in front of the apartment.

Beautiful sea view apartment in a charming soulacais building. Large shared garden you will be able to make use of the left part, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, grocery store within walking distance.
