A photovoltaic system uses the sun's energy to generate electricity for the apartment and significantly reduces CO2 emissions. If you are looking for peace and at the same time proximity to the hotspots of the island, you will find both perfectly combined here.

In just a few minutes you can reach the Jasmund National Park, the beach promenade, the chalk coast, the Sassnitzer harbor as well as various shopping facilities. Parking is available in front of the house. The well-kept garden with Hollywood swing and beach chair invites you to linger and relax. On request, we will put fresh buns in front of the apartment door every morning on request.

Apartment No. 2 (60m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is just a 2-minute walk away via the private path. Also the national park and harbor are only about 5 min away by foot. The Whg has two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. Highlight are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

Our apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the majestic princely court in Sassnitz. The large balcony faces south and from here you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the Baltic Sea and the passing shipping traffic. A few steps from the apartment there are numerous cafes and restaurants. Not far from the Princely Court, the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) begins with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.
