  • Michael is a responsive host and his support staff prompt in addressing any questions that may arise. The condo is in a great location both on Sanibel and along the stretch of beachfront with wonderful views from the screened porch. The unit is spacious and well stocked for any kitchen or beach needs. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely return in the future.

  • Incredible views! This condo was super clean, well stocked, and cozy. The host is thoughtful and responsive. The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the slow pace of island life. Sanibel has many cute shops and restaurants. The host had tips on where to eat, which we tried and they were great. On top of all this, you just can’t beat the view from...well the entire condo!

  • It was clean, quiet—the owner was very responsive. Was close to the beach.

  • Sanibel is the place to go for beachcombing and sun in January. Ed's condo is a nice place, part of a larger complex. Very family friendly. Great pool, heated which is critical in the winter. The beach is amazing, and shells are terrific. We like this location, a bit off the beaten path. Condo is simple, and clean. Decor is a bit aged and dated, but that doesn't matter too much to us. Basics are provided, but not much laundry detergent (two loads), and limited kitchen staples other than salt and pepper. Again, we travel prepared, but is you want sugar, cream, oil, etc bring your own. Good basic beach staples are in the closet, which is useful.

    Sean2020-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great size and location. Edward apologized for the cold weather which he had no control over. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach and a closet with fun shelling tools.

    Gayle2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • Great location! The pool and private beach access were highlights for my family. The condo was clean and comfy just needs some updating. Honestly we were not there much! Always at the beach or enjoying the island. Edward was amazing and very communicative. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

    Holly2020-01-11T00:00:00Z
  • Sanibel is beautiful and this condo was great. Great pool and a quick walk to a nice beach. Its location was great too. Highly recommend

    Chris2019-11-15T00:00:00Z
  • This condo is an excellent value. It is large and roomy both bedrooms are large. They are separated by the living area. The couch was clean and comfy for watching TV. The table is huge. We were able to work a puzzle on one end and eat on the other. The kitchens is well equipped with more pans than I have. The condo is close to the pool( which is sparkling! The guest closet is loaded with beach stuff. Even a cart to haul an umbrella and chairs and cooler. There are even fishing poles and tackle. We had a wonderful stay and saw a manatee up close and personal under the bridge crossing the bayou. I recommend this condo. And I also must admit I read all the reviews before booking. So there were no surprises. We were comfortable and had a great time!

    Terry2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • Big condo. We are right next to the pool. Grill area was large. Had five grills to choose from. There is a great place to clean your shells. Kids had a great time.

  • The condo was very clean and well stocked. We visited with two children (3 and 5) and the condo was perfect. The location was great, steps to the beach and across the street from the bike path. We were a quick bike ride to Bailey's grocery store and lots of restaurants (all which were kid friendly). The pool was great and the clubhouse had daily children activities.

    Katie2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • Great beach location on Sanibel. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prep meals. You can be to the beach in a matter of minutes from your front door and we experienced some of the best shelling on the island right there. The in-unit laundry made it possible for us to pack light (to bring back more shells) and the comfortable living room allowed us time to relax after dark. Perfect location and will certainly be back!

    Amanda2019-12-14T00:00:00Z
  • Randy place remains a 5* experience! As I mentioned in previous responses he has taken everything you could want or need for an enjoyable stay into consideration. When visiting Sanibel this is where you'll want to be! Location is so convenient. Enjoy your stay!

  • Pointe Santo is great! A relaxing place to spend your vacation. Easy walk to the beach and pool. A few minutes car ride to all shops and restaurants. Randy’s condo was very nice. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

    Jake2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • I highly recommend this condo! My family and I vacation in Sanibel every August and Randy's place was like our home away from home. It was very clean and comfortable and there is a great view from the lanai. We will definitely look to book this condo again :)

Sanibel Island is recognized as one of the world’s best beaches. It is also known as one of the best family getaway locations for island vacations. The island is very close to the mainland, but it feels like another world. Gentle aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, golden sand and warm sun hold sway throughout the year. Sanibel is 12 miles long and 4 miles wide, and is famous for the world-class shelling beaches which stretch along the coast. The unique geographical orientation from east to west makes the beaches perfect for collecting shells from the Gulf of Mexico. With no traffic lights, neon or high-rises, Sanibel has an authentic old-world Island charm. It is unlike anything else in The United States and a Sanibel Island vacation is a dream. The Sanibel-Captiva Barrier Islands are a relatively new geological feature. It was formed within the last 6,000 years – a geological blink of an eye. The islands formed as a result of siltation and accretion, as sand was pushed onto the bedrock forming the sea floor at the edge of the mainland. Nearly half of the 12,000-acre island is designated for conservation and preservation. This is most notably in the form of the J.N. “Ding” Darling Wildlife Sanctuary, which is the largest undeveloped mangrove sanctuary in the United States. Sanibel Island has been continuously inhabited since at least 500 B.C.E, first by the Calusa Indians, then by European settlers after it was first “discovered” by Ponce De Leon in 1513. Legend has it that Ponce De Leon named the Island “Santa Isabella” after Queen Isabel while searching for the “Fountain of Youth.” In 1523, after two years attempting to establish a permanent colony, and searching in vain for the secret of eternal youth, Ponce de Leon was struck by an arrow and gravely injured in a battle with a Calusa raiding party. The Spaniards abandoned their colony in defeat and retreated to Cuba, where De Leon died from his wounds. Other legends claim the Island was named by the first mate of the famous pirate Gasparilla, after his beautiful lover Sanybel, whom he had left behind in Spain. The first known appearance of a named location on the island is from a map dated from 1765. The map was labeled Puerto de S. Nibel. Furthermore, the historic lighthouse is located at Point Ybel, derived from the original name, Santa Ybel. Sanibel is the perfect backdrop for stories of pirates and buried treasure. Many colorful and interesting characters have made the island their home. the first modern settlement on Sanibel, or “Sanybel” as it was known at the time, was established by the Florida Peninsular Land Company in 1832. The colonists abandoned Sanibel just 17 years later in 1849. After the island was repopulated in 1862, permission for a lighthouse was granted. The lighthouse was not begun until 1884, but was completed just a few months later. Since that time, Sanibel has been one of the best kept secrets for vacationers lucky enough to discover it. Through conservation, care and the love of the people who live, work and visit here, the Island maintains the rustic seaside charm which has made it the gem of the Gulf for the last 100+ years. Modern Day Sanibel Island hasn’t changed much. There are no traffic lights, and one main road. In addition, boutique shops and restaurants are alive with character. People are friendly, and it is one of the safest cities in America. Perfect for families, and pets are welcome at many hotels, condos and beaches. Furthermore, warm, sunny days are the norm, and the beaches are never crowded. The water is warm and calm, and the bottom is soft. Half of the island is conservation lands or sanctuaries. The Island also has activities for everyone. You can spend the day fishing, snorkeling or swimming. Collect shells from the beach or sunbathe. Go hiking, bike riding or kayaking. Watch live music while you eat at one of the great restaurants. Check out the Farmers markets, or visit the great art galleries. Whatever you like to do, you will find it on Sanibel Island.

Hi, we are wanting to share a best-kept secret: our Florida timeshare on Sanibel Island this Luminaries Week Nov 29-Dec 6. Your Caribe Beach Resort efficiency unit is fully equipped and reasonably priced. With the beach close by your room, a large swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and beautiful grounds, Caribe will be a great vacation destination favorite for a solo adventurer, couple or family (with or without pets). Please go to Caribe Beach Resort Sanibel Island, FL additional photos.
This pleasant efficiency can comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests, making it a good size for a single, couple or small family wanting a tropical getaway. The Murphy bed can sleep two and the sofa bed two as well. Refreshing decor and natural light make the small space feel very bright and airy, creating an environment that perfectly reflects this wonderful destination. You’ll find all the necessary comforts of home inside the unit’s delightful interior, such as wireless internet access, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to keep you cool and relaxed. When you’re not out enjoying the area's fantastic local restaurants or nature, prepare some delicious fresh seafood in the condo's fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essential appliances plus a breakfast bar. Later, step outside to the private balcony where you can unwind and admire views of a tropical landscaped garden and glimpses of the gulf. You won’t find it hard to stay entertained here, as the flat screen TV comes equipped a DVD player and a wide variety of cable channels. One reason we love Sanibel Island is that the island is bike-friendly and Caribe Resort provides bikes and helmets complimentary. We often bike to Captiva Island and back -- a healthy bikeride! - and then glory in Captiva's gorgeous beaches. Sanibel's beaches are more natural, covered with shells. We find it pleasant to have BOTH experiences.
Sanibel is a wonderful place to visit and live. Close enough to major airport and shopping and services, yet tucked away in a private sanctuary - the best of both worlds! When you’re ready to get out and explore the area, you won’t have to venture far! This studio condo is conveniently on the Gulf, beautiful Sanibel Beach. Enjoy wildlife just 5 miles away at the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge, or nearby at the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife, Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum, and Periwinkle Park and Campground. Ask about Parrot Park! Get used to spending your vacation days relaxing at the pool - this is what vacation is all about! Before heading home, stop by the Bailey’s General Grocery Store to pick up whatever you may need back at the efficiency. Explore the area further by using the COMPLIMENTARY BICYCLES (Adult and child), renting kayaks, paddle boards, etc at several rental shops, which deliver equipment directly to you for ultimate convenience. Paved bike paths begin across the street from the resort and wind around the island, allowing you to easily navigate throughout the area. We enjoy biking into Captiva – it’s an awesome area and a good bike ride! If you’re in the mood for shopping, head to one of the area's many shopping centers for charming boutiques and galleries before stopping for lunch at one of the area’s terrific restaurants - a few local favorites include Sanibel Grill, Timbers, Traders, Sweet Melissa's, and Grandma Dot’s. Consider taking a boat to the historical Useppa Island or Cabbage Key, home of Jimmy Buffett's “Cheeseburger in Paradise.” Regardless of how you spend your time here, you’ll be happy you chose this lovely Sanibel Island vacation rental studio as your home-away-from-home!

  • This was a great and convenient place to stay on Sanibel! Super clean ans cute! The only thing I would say is make sure you read the description regarding where in the complex this unit is located. The photos make it appear closer to the water but it is actually across the road and a large parking lot. Not a bad walk at all, but a walk none the less.

  • My family had a lovely time at a nicely appointed condo with great views of the gulf. Really cute décor, great proximity to area restaurants and excellent location centrally located for biking around the island. Loved our stay and will return. Sanibel Siesta was a quieter condo community than others we have stayed in and I really enjoyed that. Nothing but the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep at night. Thanks for a great stay in one of my all-time favorite places!

  • WOW!!! That was our reaction when we walked into what appeared to be a professionally decorated condo that was beachy, tasteful, modern, creative and SPOTLESS. We thoroughly enjoyed dinners on the lanai as well as coffee in the am watching and listening to the waves come in. Christine was readily available, extremely accommodating and helpful. Loved the location. Great Stay! Will definitely be back.

  • Terrific spot. Had everything we needed. It was great eating breakfast on the lanai every morning watching the sun come up. Was stocked with complimentary items that was a nice touch

  • The place is wonderful, perfect location sparkling clean. Great views. My family had a marvelous time

    Maria2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Michaels place looks just like the pictures. It is spacious and bright. The unit has an excellent view of the gulf. There is a few feet of grass out the lanai before low vegetation begins so no blocked view. The location is right off the causeway so great access on/off island and to Periwinkle Ave. It was nice to have the keyless entry so keeping track of keys and being locked out wasn’t a problem. There is a fan on the lanai which makes sitting out doable even when it is very hot. We enjoyed going to CROW, the Clinic for Rehabilitation if Wildlife.

    Barb2019-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect location! Ground floor corner unit. Walk right out to the beach! I didn’t mind washing dishes with the view of the beach out the large glass window. Bonus was there is a washer and dryer in the condo unit. I had read before that there was a shared unit in the building but this condo has its own. Beds were comfortable. The only change I’d make is upgrading the twin beds to full size or a queen and a twin. Would be much more comfortable for adults. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

  • Arlene was the perfect host! Our stay was nestled in a quiet corner of her beautiful home with views of canals, birds, vegetation and manatees! Her breakfasts were a surprisingly healthy way to start our day! Her own fresh fruits and special touches made us feel so welcomed. She and Jim went out of their way to suggest restaurants on the island as well as excursions far better than we expected. We only wish we had time to explore them all! A perfect reason to come back again, for sure! Thank you so very much, Arlene, for your kindness, hospitality and friendliness!

    Anita2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Very relaxing. Arlene was very helpful.

    Bill2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Arlene and Jim are truly super hosts! The house is on a canal with a beautiful pool and spa with gorgeous tropical landscape. Arlene and Jim serve a delicious continental breakfast poolside every morning with fresh native fruit. YUM! We fished off the dock and saw a Mother manatee with her baby swim by. We had a fabulous time and we plan to visit again.

    Michele2019-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • Arlene and Jimmy’s hideaway was perfect to rest and relax. They are wonderful and their hospitality is the best we’ve had on our travels.

    Karl2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • We are so happy that we found the wonderful flat in Pine Island, in the home from Arlene und Jim. It is in a very nice street on waterfront and very quiet. The wonderful Pool was near our door. Every morning we have a nice breakfast with fruits and cakes. It is really old Florida. We have rent a boat, and visit Sanibel it is perfect and easy. Matlacha is a nice place with Restaurant at waterfront, you must see it. Every day we watch pelicane, dolphins and manatees its great. We love it. All best for Arlene and Jim

    Marietta2019-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Arlene and Jim’s place is a wonderful and relaxing retreat. Perfect for couples looking for a low-key vacation. The pool and hot tub onsite are great to relax, and would also provide a great diversion for families. Better yet are the two kayaks stored onsite by a local rental company - the only thing separating one from paddling with the dolphins and manatees seemingly always present in the adjacent canal is a quick phone call. We are lunch everyday at a different nearby establishment to which we would commute by kayak. Arlene and Jim themselves are the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever encountered. Their attentiveness and availability for a quick conversation were great while still respecting our privacy. They were full of insight and advice for what to do locally and the delicious small breakfasts they set out every morning often had some homemade or fresh-off-the-property special touch. We would be happy to come back and spend more time with them in the future!

    Walt2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • We finished our 2 weeks Florida Trip here and spend four nights in this beautiful house. We can highly recommend this beautiful and very quiet piece of paradise. Arlene provided us with a lot of very useful tips to explore the region and Jim teaches me how to fish in the canal. We loved the discussion with them about our special "friend" and the nice breakfast at the pool. We always had our privacy and we could use the pool and the hot tub as long and as often we want. The rooms were very stylish and we loved the color scheme. If we come back to his region, we would love to stay again in this house. For us it was the best Airbnb experience we had so far. Thanks a lot Arlene and Jim, it was our real pleasure to stay with you.

    Peter2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful place to spend time in south Florida that isn’t just another overbuilt Mega paved city. St. James is a small town with friendly people (Arlene & Jim) to match! I discovered some of the wonders of the tropics such as cracking open fresh coconuts for myself (grown on-site) & then enjoying the fresh coconut/water, eating their organically grown bananas picked that day, spotting a pair of breeding bald eagles, taking trips to deserted islands to treasure hunt for seashells, swimming in their pool three times a day and letting my pain dissipate after a nightly hot spa soak. Try doing that in Disney. My only regret is that I’m not their neighbor! Thanks Guys!!

• I've stayed at quite a few vacation homes and cabins and these places were what I expected them to be. Based on the photos of this home I wasn't expecting much. I told my daughter to be prepared to stay at a simple, small home. Boy was I wrong. The pictures do not do justice to this home. Surprisingly this place offers lots of space with lots of sleeping options. The master bed room offered the most comfortable mattress and soft bed sheets. The home is nicely decorated with the beach theme throughout. Even the movies and books they have all had to do with the sea. Lori thought of everything. I would say the kitchen supplies are at the high end and she has everything you need to make a meal. We took advantage of all her amenities including the hot tub, kayaks and fishing rods. We were able to see the manatees and even a dolphin right off the dock. That was definitely the highlight of my daughter's trip. I personally just loved sitting in the backyard near the pier listening to the fish jumping out of the water. The only thing we hated about this place was having to leave it. I really regret having booked this place for only three nights. We definitely plan to return and stay for a longer period. Thanks Lori for all your help and for sharing your beautiful place with us.

    Mary2019-11-29T00:00:00Z
  • Lori's place is beautiful, very hart warming while away from home! Anything we needed, it was there! The bedrooms were large, with cozy beds! Thank you Lori for the comforting fun vacation!!

    Jill2019-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • You will be relaxed and really glad you chose Lori's house. Only wish I had stayed longer.

    Patricia2019-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • The home was very clean and had extra amenities like a Keurig and beach towels. We did not know that Pine Island had no beaches so the location was not what we expected. However, the hot tub was superb and we enjoyed this little Florida Beachhouse. We even saw a couple manatees on our last morning!

Gorgeous Bayside Villa located within South Seas Resort featuring panoramic waterfront views, plush master quarters with Posturepedic bed, well appointed living area with a 60'' curved flatscreen, and robust kitchen. Highlights: -Modern condo with gorgeous waterfront views -Access to exclusive South Seas beaches steps from your door -Amenities: Trek bikes, 60'' curved TV, beach cart, umbrella, and chairs -Access to three pools, one at Bayside and two at Beach Villas -Steps to downtown Captiva
This unit is one of two that I own in the Bayside Villas complex. Because this unit is a corner 2nd story unit, you will enjoy almost 270 degree views of both the waterfront. I include many amenities from bikes to longboards to beach gear and am also on site to help or assist with any special accommodations or issues you may require both pre-visit and during visit. This unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or the wonder of the esteemed Captiva beaches surrounding South Seas, all within feet of their residence! Also included in the rental is use of many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, such as a pool/hot tub/lanai facility, beaches, bikes, fishing gear, grill and cooking area. The Bayside complex has the largest and best pool in South Seas, in our opinion, and is much less crowded than other pools on average. Also less than a walk to access locally renowned South Village Rum Bar and Grille Doc Fords, in addition to downtown Captiva Village. Guests are also welcome to use the Sanibel recreation center under a member guest pass of ours, featuring an olympic sized pool, tennis, basketball, spin and yoga classes, and a weight room. Included with unit are: 1) Trek Bikes- We just purchased new top end "Elektra" beach cruisers 2) Longboard 3) Beach gear- Beach dolly, fishing rods, longboard, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and more! 4) Captiva "Sunny Isle Adventures" shuttle 5) Designated underunit parking 6) Access to fantastic Bayside Villas pool, hot tub, lanai area, and grills. Also access to Beach Villas two pools as we manage units here as well. 7) Shell identification books, tools for shelling, and shell cart 8) Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Alexa, Premium Cable, Free Internet 9) Pack and Play Crib for infants Additionally, included are high quality bikes (Trek and Electra), Apple, Roku, Amazon Fire TV (one of these located on each TV), opportunity to go on free local guided tour, proximity to downtown Captiva, Smartlock, Amazon Echo with Alexa, Wii U, Tommy beach gear, Beach chairs, umbrella, Sand Spike for drilling umbrella into sand, beach dolley, shelling and identification tools, shelling backpack, children's toys such as sand castle builders and fire fighter trucks and pack and play for infants, etc.
I am located within South Seas Resort in the Bayside Villas development. My unit is directly waterfront on the 2nd story of the Bayside Villas 5000 building. This is the building directly on the water, unlike the 4000 building. My unit is less than a three minute walk to the beach, 30 second drive to downtown Captiva, and 5 minute drive to the North Pointe at South Seas.
  • Palmer made the check-in process as easy as possible. All info was provided and he answered any questions I had right away. Great, clean apartment in a perfect vacation spot. Short walk (or drive, if you prefer) to the beach, nice Tommy Bahama chairs are provided. Short 5-7 min walk to restaurants, shops and a convenience store. Only note is that the bedroom is located next to the elevator, so depending on the time / day it may be a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. The rest of the apartment was quiet and private. I recommend!

  • The condo is beautifully furnished and a short walk to the pool and beach. All beach gear needed was provided, and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. Public beach access is right next to the unit, but noise and crowds were minimal.

  • Great stay. The view of the gulf was unexpectedly good from the room. The photos do not capture this. Efficient check-in and check-out. Bathrooms were a little bit small for our liking, but the rest of the place was a good size. Great proximity to one of the least crowded and best beaches on the island. It’s right on the paved bike trail that circles the island, so we started each day of the week bicycling to breakfast at OEC. If you’re not into biking everywhere, everything you need is within a 5 minute drive, including excellent dining, a general store, a small cinema, and a liquor store. We didn’t go off of the island at all. Would definitely stay again.

  • The accommodations were excellent and clean. We enjoyed being just steps away from the beach and had a great time doing the Sanibel Stoop (shelling). The complex was so quiet we could hear waves lapping. The bike trails decorated with holiday lights were delightful.

  • This place is great and a great location! Super clean and easy Check in! Highly recommend!

  • David’s condo is lovely and just a short walk to the beach. The pool is also great. Kitchen was very well appointed, WiFi was speedy, and we loved having a washer and dryer to clean our bathing suits. Twin mattresses could use updating and info on how to find the trash chute would be a good addition to the otherwise excellent info provided. We would absolutely stay here again.

    Melissa2019-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • Spacious and clean condo. Great location close to the beach. Well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, buckets and shovels for the kids. We loved our stay and hope to be back in the future.

  • We had a great time staying here! David's tips and recommendations were very helpful and worth checking out!! The room was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the swimming pool! We definitely recommend shelling at low tide at Bowman Beach. We came home with 5 large intact conch shells! (Had to dive for them...). There are many delicious restaurants and shops near by. If you have the means and know how, we would recommend renting a pontoon boat at Jaspers in Captiva. It was a fantastic trip! Thank you David!!

This is the way Sanibel used to be. A small cottage-condo complex of just 9 units on the beach side. #3 has one of the better views, facing out towards the Gulf of Mexico. Comes fully equipped. Just step out onto the sand, short stroll to the water..and enjoy.
Beach cottage vibe---comes fully equipped with all linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, two flat screens, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen. Soaps, trash bags, t-paper, paper towels included. Heat, AC, ceiling fans. Just redecorated with all new furniture, queen bed, full sofa bed, artwork.
West Gulf Drive area of Sanibel--considered to be the best area on the island. No high-rises, no commercial activity nearby. Very quiet area but convenient to the entire island. Bike paths thru-out entire island. Ding Darling, rec center, Shell Museum, shops, restaurants, galleries all within a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute bike ride.
  • So relaxing! You can hear the ocean from the cottage. Everything is super clean and comfortable. The beach is only steps from the cottage and we found it to be the best beach on the island. Amazing shells! I would give this location 6 stars if I could!

    Shannon2019-12-25T00:00:00Z
  • It was a very nice and cosy hideaway directly on the beach. The host was very friendly and the local agency very helpful with late night check in. Whenever possible: we will be back 🙂

    Petra2019-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • Great location for long walks in both directions and the shelling was awesome. It is so nice and close to the water. You can see the water from the screened in porch. The cottage is equipped with everything you need. There were lots of towels in the bathroom. Although it is small there are lots of hooks, plenty of shelves and closet space. Loved how the bathroom, though smaller has lots of shelves. The cottage is perfect for one or two, but even when I had visitors with 4 of us we managed well with the pull out sofa and shared all the closet and shelf space. There are plenty of blankets and pillows. I even did a 500 piece puzzle on the coffee table. Hope to go back next year. Love Sanibel and I loved this location!!

    Mary Jo2019-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic location, water views from the living room, right on the beach! Great stay, the beach was stunning and maybe a handful of other people all week long, truly paradise!! Exceptional sunsets right on the beach, great shelling and the peacefulness were spectacular! A great place to stay if you are looking for the real Sanibel beach experience!

    Christine2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful old time Sanibel cottage on beach. Cute updates and spotlessly clean. Very cozy. Great for a couple and a romantic vacation.

  • Overall fantastic stay! Will be staying at the White Caps again in the future!

    Kayla2019-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • Richard was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great communication. Location? Amazing. I would love to come back again if you will have us. This place is good for a couple and I bet if you had to could fit another one or two on the fold out couch, in a pinch. Near all grocery stores, short ride to Captiva. Washer dryer on site. Very cool! Loved it!

Whatever you like to do, you will find it on Sanibel Island

  • Absolutely beautiful, quiet, private place to stay. We especially loved the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon and gulf. The extra touches such as beach toys, umbrella and chairs were so nice. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We stayed on the island all week and completely “unplugged” for a much needed time away. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends. I would visit again and stay here over and over!

  • We loved our stay in Sanibel. Sand Pointe 213 was perfect for so many reasons. The condo was both extremely clean and very stylishly decorated. It was clear that the owners take a great deal of pride in their Sanibel get-away. The condo had everything we could possibly need from dishes and utensils to sand toys/beach towels/beach chairs. Additionally, we loved the location on the island. We could walk to the general store for misc needs (sunscreen! :-)) and biked everywhere else on the island. We biked with our kids (ages 10 & 12) to the wildlife refuge, the marina, the lighthouse, restaurants and the book store. The time on the beach and at the pool were priceless. Our evening sunset walks were so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Sand Pointe 213 to anyone looking for a Sanibel get-away.
