Centrally located in the Faroe Islands, Hósvík is the perfect base for exploring the islands, or just relaxing in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The apartment is perfect for individuals/couples, with or without children, who do not need much indoor space. There are narrow stairs up in the apartment, i.e. unsuitable for people who are not fully mobile.

Í Fjósinum Look forward to staying in one of the oldest houses in the Faroe Islands. In this house, you can enjoy the very special atmosphere of a homey and cozy ambiance. Here are crooked angles, low to the ceiling, and a somewhat steep staircase up to the attic, but still good to walk on, where 2 bedrooms and bathroom are. On the ground floor there is the hallway, the living room and the kitchen, which was carefully renovated two years ago. There are views of the lake and the high mountains from the windows.

Enjoy a stay steeped in history in a renovated 100-year-old Faroese warehouse on the water’s edge in the local habour. Fully renovated in 2019, Løðupakkhúsið features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and wooden flooring. House by the sea and The Seal Woman

A house on the edge of the cliff. Direct view form the living area of the famous statue "The Seal Woman" and the steepest mountains in the Faroe Island. On 1st floor there is kitchen and living room in one room. In the kitchen there are the normal facilities. There is also a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people. Outside the house there is a small balcony, where you can enjoy the spectacular view. You need to take a ferry to get to the house.

Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

You can find our cosy cottage in our backyard just by the sea. Here you can relax and enjoy the quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. The cottage is suitable for a couple or two persons. Within a walking distance, there is a café/bar, tourist center, sagamuseum, souvenirshop, restaurant, birdcliff sightseeing, sea angling trips and a grocery store. 500 m to the bus connection to Tórshavn.

Et med 1 dobbeltseng og et med 1 enkeltseng, hvor der er mulighed for ekstra opredning til to. Der er en romantisk stue, køkken, wc med bruse, vaskerum, entré, garderoberum og arbejdsrum f.eks. til pc. se billeder.

Cosy traditional house in small village

Older very cozy small house in the great nature area in the village of Haldarsvík. The house is next to a river, the local church and a small beach. The spectacular Fossá is only a walk of less then 3 km away. By car there are 5 minutes to Tjørnuvík and less then 45 minutes to Tórshavn.

The house is very old. Originally the house was half the size it is today, only around 15m2. In 1884 they built it bigger, around 29m2. Nobody knows how old the original house is. People have been living in the small village of Tjørnuvík for thousand years.
