The former village church is situated in a 1,600 square meter property, right in the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed on all sides, it's an ideal retreat without being “out of the world.” In the morning sun in front of the sacristei, in the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Whole apartment with approx. 40m². Separate entrance. It contains a small single kitchen, without oven and microwave. The bathroom is delimited as a small cottage with straw roof. There is one double bed and a sleeping couch. There is also a small balcony. It must be heated with a wood-burning oven when it gets cold. But that's not a problem. The car can be parked on the street. Würzburg is just a 10-minute drive. Or by bus, which runs about every hour.

The 500-year-old house has been completely renovated in 2021.
