Directly in front of the house there is a new beach volleyball field, outdoor fitness equipment, basketball field, Kneipp pool with a barefoot path about 200 meters away. Indoor pool, sauna and ice rink a few steps away. Mini golf course, tennis court and children's playground are about 200 meters away.

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200 year old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. On the outskirts of the village in a quiet and very sunny location. Infrastructure very good with several shops (Edeka, bakery, butcher, fresh trout on site, restaurants ...), large playground, mini golf, tennis .
