Living in the old village school house

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can take a mountain bike or walk directly into the Palatinate Forest. The nearest rock can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes. In the village there is a small restaurant with village shops and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, a 900 inhabitants municipality. Directly behind the house the vineyards begin. An ideal location for walking and noting in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and young children are welcome. Shopping is available on site in the village shop and other shops 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and child-friendly Outdoor swimming pool very close !

Fantastic attic studio in the wine village

Beautiful, bright and sunny attic apartment in the middle of the "hotspot" of the Palatinate wine villages. 35 m2 roof studio, a newly laid solid beech wood floor, beautiful exposed beams and a really fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The house was built in 1828 and refurbished in 2018. In addition to the double bed, there's a new sofa bed (for 1-2 kids), a small fridge, kettle and tea plus cups. NO KITCHEN available! The bathroom is BRAND NEW! (renovated in April 2022).
