Welcome to my hands-on experience. I truly believe that everybody can prepare excellent pizzas at home. Therefore, everyone will have fun kneading, by hand, their pizza dough. The purpose is to learn to make pizza without professional equipment, so we will bake our pizzas in a kitchen oven. I will give you all the tips to bake a pizza, crafted with your own hands, that you will want to share with your family, friends, and everyone around you. You will learn how to knead the dough and handle the fermentation. I will tell you how to choose, prepare, and use the toppings for your pizza. Also, I will show you the baking strategy to obtain a pizza that is crispy outside and very airy inside. After the class, I will mail the step-by-step recipe to you. Finally, we will eat pizza and drink some complimentary wine to celebrate life as Italians do. Other things to note Sorry, we can't provide gluten-free or vegan food. We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 15 days after the session. If you want a photoshoot in another city or location, villa or hotel or a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. You are going to live a night in Como as a real local. During the warm seasons, we love to spend nights with our friends, in the woods just outside downtown. After a hard day of work, we meet to enjoy the coolness of the woods watch the sunset from the hills, and end the night tasting some traditional food in a typical "baita" surrounded by trees. These are typical taverns or restaurants of the area (usually reachable only by foot) where you can find simple but authentic food of the local tradition, which is difficult to find downtown. We'd like to share this peculiar ritual with you. We walk, we eat, we drink some wine and we chat; we socialize in the old fashion way... Every local has his own favorite baita, the challenge is to lead your friends in the one they don't know yet. We will walk you on simple paths on the hills surrounding the city center where casual tourists are difficult to meet. These aren't fancy places that you can find on the cover of tourism magazines, these are important places for us, because it's where we spent our childhood and where we still go to chill with our friends and families. Finally, we will visit our favorite baita to enjoy some local delicacies.

You will be protagonists of a magic experience! Visit the most enchanting places on Lake Como from a new perspective on board a 38 foot sailboat with private skipper. We will meet at 6 pm at the jetty of picturesque Pescallo bay. after boarding we will sail to "tre Pini", hidden cliff of Bellagio, that looks so wild in the evening and will make you feel like in an island of Thailand. During the workshop, I will show and explain various types of materials (like marble and vitreous tiles), the tools normally used by mosaic artist (hammer, pliers, pincers...) and different techniques. You will see examples of different types of mosaic (Roman mosaic, classic and modern) and you will learn about the evolution of the mosaic art, the different styles and trends. You will learn to cut the tiles with pincers, how to study and prepare the subject and you'll create a piece of mosaic to bring at your home.

Explore the old centre of Porlezza-the perfect spot for an ice-cream or aperitivo before starting the climb into the mountains. Ride a section of original medieval road and weave through quaint village squares untouched by tourism. Finish with a panoramic downhill ride with views across Lake Como. At the top of the mountain we will enjoy an exclusive regional wine tasting with Andrea, an accredited Sommelier of the Italian Sommelier Association. With his passion and knowledge of Italian and local wine and of our territory, he will make us discover the incredible wine, food and cultural richness of the Lake of Como area. We will try 3 different wines produced in Lombardy (a white sparkling wine, a white and a red wine), which perfectly represent the rich terroir of the region. This exclusive wine tasting will be matched with a fine selection of Salumi&Formaggi produced by a very small farm located not far from Brunate. The view from the top of the mountain at sunset is something you will remember for a long time!

We will meet in the city center and from there our tour of the center and the lake will start. I will tell you the most curious things about the city and I will let you know the places most frequented by the local community. All this we will do in the company of our faithful companion Pablo, a small poodle who loves to play, walk and be pampered. It will be a walk to discover Como accompanied by a session of Pet Therapy; if you also have a dog, it will be wonderful to see how even our two little furry ones will make friends.

Navigate in silence on the calm waters of Lake Maggiore, surrounded only by the water and the colors of the sky. Paddling and exploring together inlets and unique stretches of coast that surround our destination: the hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso. It is a hermitage dating back to the twelfth century rather impressive both for the surrounding landscape and for the construction that seems almost wedged in the rock of the mountain. Canadian canoeing is a sport within everyone's reach; thanks to its open shape, the wide hull and the slightly raised bow and stern it is one of the best solutions for getting around on the water. Other things to note We will have a waterproof bag available for each guest to place our objects and keep them protected from possible splashes of water.

In this experience I will take photos and show you my city walking through the alleys and stairways of Bellagio. We will stop to admire Lake Como from a point where the view from above is wonderful. We will arrive down to the edge of the lake and walk a bit along the lakefront where the landscape becomes all close together. Here we will have the Lake and the mountains behind you. Half of the time we will be in the middle of the alleys and the other half by the lake. In all this time I will take photos of you, we will do some poses and some natural photos.
