Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost. We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.
