But you will also have the opportunity to enjoy the hot tub or heated pool from MAY to SEPTEMBER all year round that are located on the property.

At the exit of the village you will be in the middle of the vineyards of Picpoul de Pinet and the garrigue with the beach 10 km away.

Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost.
