Nice little apartment, super equipped and clean. Marko has been very friendly and efficient. The housekeeper did not speak English well, she was still very friendly and you could communicate. Check in and check out were fast and smooth. The apartment is located top, near the beach and the promenade and yet very quiet. A supermarket is also nearby. Parking is not a problem. Absolutely walk to the beach Perazica Do walk, beautiful path with great views, many small kittens and several tunnels then end at a rather less visited beach.

Stayed at Marco in a small apartment for 2 people. Despite their small size, the apartment has all the amenities: a small kitchen with necessary utensils, a recently renovated bathroom, a balcony overlooking the olive trees. A pleasant change of towels every 3 days. To the sea on foot, 5-7 minutes, but we must take into account the steep descents and ascents, which are everywhere in Montenegro. For us, value for money seemed perfect. Marco is very caring and hospitable owner! You can also arrange a transfer from Podgorica airport with him, which we did. Many thanks, Marco!

The studio is clean and has everything we needed, the little balcony is also very nice :) Marko was very flexible about the arrival and departure. Maria, the women who cleans the house was there to meet us, when we arrived. The studio is situated in 5-10 min walking from the beach, and it is very calm there :) To finalise, I highly recommend the studio :)

What an excellent place to stay for our first introduction to Montenegro! The apartm My was cozy, clean, and perfect for a couple or single person. Just a 10 minute walk from the beach. Marko was an amazing host. His was helpful at every turn and responded to messages within minutes. We highly recommend staying here!

Marko was really a great host! Our communication has gone smoothly, Marko reacted to messages very quickly. It was nice that he waited for me at the bus station. I forgot phone charger and Marko was immediately available, he came to me in a few minutes from the nearby town and he borrowed to me charger. He was very a careful host! :-) I felt very comfortable, everything was ready for me, bedclothes smelled with purity and every day I ate breakfast on the balcony with overlooking the beautiful and big olive trees. Everything was near to - a shop, restaurants, beach and also great park! Marko allowed me to stay longer and enjoy a full last day. Then he came to me and drove me to the bus station. It was great! :-) I certainly recommend Marko and his accommodation, if I visit Petrovac I will definitely come back! ;-) :-)

We had an amazing stay at Danica's place with a beautiful seaview. The location is perfect-just at the main walking boulevard with all the restaurants and cafes.

Great apartments and a very kind hostess! All expectations were met: perfect cleanliness, beautiful views from the balcony, even the oranges in the room were. The only thing everyone should consider is that the address given by airbnb is a bit incorrect and it’s better to check it directly with the hostess

Everything corresponds to the description and photo, there are no unpleasant surprises. Quiet location with great views of the town and the sea. There is parking.

Accommodation is located a few minutes walk from the sea, near a great beach, supermarket, market, bus stop. Pleasant hosts promptly respond to all requests and wishes of the guests. Hostess Yana organized a quick transfer from the airport. Allowed to leave a little later than the set time. Great budget accommodation option in a great location.

Yana helped organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment at a good price. Upon arrival we were met by Alla, settled, suggested how and where to buy a sim card, get to Budva and many other necessary trifles. Thank you very much Yana and Alla. Recommended. We liked everything!

I stayed at Rado's when travelling from England. Rado does not speak much English, but we were communicate enough for him to explain the area. The apartment is situated right next to the beach. The hosts were lovely, giving me coffee on arrival and feeding me breakfast on the morning that I left.

Rado and his family were the most hospitable hosts.. nothing was too much trouble.. the room was cleaned every day.. if you like the beach this apartment is perfect 2 min stroll to the beach and 5 min stroll to a couple of restaurants and shop. Short drive to petrovac. I would highly recommend

Igor and Hela are really superhosts! They immediately helped me with all the questions I had about staying, transport, surrounding and and made my day more comfortable. And what impressed me so much is their warm attitude and great help during the worldwide virus situation and my evacuation and shortened stay. Thank you a lot for the full reimbursing for that days! The apartment itself is very clean with all the required (and even more) facilities to stay even for a long time. Portable WiFi was useful a lot. Area is very quiet. Nice balcony view to the sea and mountains. There is a shortened way to the sea straight from the building, also shops close to it. The sea, nature and surrounding are really beautiful. Very nice apartment on Petrovac’s height, very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, BBQ, TV & Internet access). Igor was very quick to answer any questions I had. He also helped me find transportation solutions.

Very clean, comfortable, only after the repair of the apartment. Chic large balcony with sea view and grill. In the apartment everything is thought out to the smallest detail from towels to mosquito repellents. The landlord Igor is a very responsive, friendly person, answered all messages and provided complete comfort! The apartment is located on the 4th floor, so they even lost a little 10 minutes to Petrovac beach, 7 minutes to the store and market.

Amazing appartement for families. The best place to stay in quiet area without tourists! In the apartment you have everything that you need. Far away from the beaches but it's not a problem at all. And of course amazing Hela&Igor!!!!!

We rested in August 2019. The apartment has a convenient location, near the bus station, 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, 15-20 minutes to the beach. There is private free parking. The apartment is after repair, new furniture, there are all the necessary appliances, a very large balcony with sea view. The owners are very hospitable, special thanks to them for this! The owners left toys for our daughter. Igor and Hela were always in touch and were always ready to suggest the best places to visit. We recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in Petrovac! The apartment is right on the beach and has sea views. It is small, but there is everything you need. The central location is just perfect. The communication went smoothly. I can only recommend this property.

We were very well received and they helped us with any question we had. They changed us to another apartment and it was really really nice, the place was great, very clean, with all the pratical stuff we might need, a nice view to the sea and also very close to the beach. It also had parking places were we left our car and we could go everywhere by foot from the apartment.

The studio is very very nice. The housekeeper picked us up near the supermarket and showed us the way to the house. It was a clean room. We would love to go back for a few more nights.

Milica & co are so helpful and have great tips for your stay in Montenegro. The location of the apartment could not be better. 5 min to the beach, 1 min to the local store and 5 minutes to the bus station.

We needed a quiet place for our hollydays where the trees and the see are nearby. A place not crowdet. At Anica and the Lucice beach nearby we find the perfect spots for us. The house, the surroundings were beautiful, clean and peaceful. The view from the terrace is amazing. And our hosts made us feel welcomed and like home. It's a place to come without expectation and enjoying the experience of it.

The place is ideal for two. The view is breathtaking. It was just what we were looking for.

We really enjoyed the holiday in this place. The location is very good as the house is situated aside from crowded places in a quiet spot. The road to the beach seemed difficult at the beginning but we get used to it very fast. Beach is 6 minutes by foot from the house. Petrovac center is 10 minutes by foot from the beach. The appartment we rented was very nice. Everything is present in it, all was clean. The view from balcony is amazing. There is also good barbecue spot available. Hosts were very supportive and helped us with any question we had. We really advise this place if you are searching for calm and relaxing vacation!

Sweet apartment with a balcony and a small sea view. Great location (2 minutes to the bakery, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 10 minutes to the promenade and city beach, 5-10 minutes to the bus for Budva or bar), but you have to walk down the hill (many stairs). The bed and pillows were a little hard, but that's a matter of taste. The rooms were very clean, and were cleaned daily. Rooms were a bit noisy. All in all, we enjoyed the vacation in Petrovac! :)

Agape 2 apartments are very clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Towels and linen are often changed, daily cleaning. From the balcony you can see the sea. The hosts are nice and positive people! I definitely recommend !!!

Great accommodation. Very welcoming hosts. Since arriving earlier than the check-in time, as reported in advance, we were given a surprise and the room was ready by 11:00. Apartments are cleaned daily. They took a car for rent, there were never any problems with parking. The apartments high-speed Internet - watched movies without delay. At night, quiet. All infrastructure in close proximity. Very pleased with the bakery, with very tasty and fresh pastries, which is located in the vicinity. At the end of the holiday, our daughter was given Montenegrin souvenirs. It was a pleasure. Recommend to everyone!

Mladen and Gordana have beautiful place to stay. It a great location and the room was crystal clean. Mladen has send us very good directions, so it was easy to find. We used the private parking at the property. Unfortunately we could stay only one night in this amazing place. I will recommend this accommodation to all my friends!

We flew to rest with his wife in July. I liked the hospitality and care of the hosts. In the room immediately there are first-hand things: towels, blankets, sheets, dishes, as well as soap, coffee, sugar and so on. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed each. The apartment is bright and quite spacious. If you need help in orienting around the city, the owners are ready to help, show the terrain on the map, hold it to the right place. If you like to sleep and do not leave the room for a day or two, or go out only in the evenings, prepare that Gordana will write you notes about the convenient time for cleaning)) In general, the location of the apartment is convenient, because there are pharmacies, bakeries nearby , the shops. Mladen and Gordan are good hosts, it was very nice to stay with them.

Great place as advised actual probably better than the pictures. Close to nice beaches and Petrovac is lovely lots of places to eat, shopping and easy to book trips. Parking is free and available on site. The apartment is great for a couple has everything you need, best place we stayed in Montenegro would highly recommend. Also if you’re looking for a quiet beach Perazića Do is great 10min drive or I believe you can walk from Petrovac; it’s pebbly but has a beautiful (rough and ready) charm. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location and fabulous views over the bay. Becici is a short walk along the beachfront and Budva a few minutes drive away. Several supermarkets within easy walking distance and an allocated and secure parking space in a place otherwise very difficult to find somewhere to park. Milos, although not around, was always prompt in responding to messages and his friend Ljuba who met us and sorted out our tourist registration was friendly and very helpful.

The apartments are in a good and quiet location, there is a bakery, a shop and restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything you need for cooking - appliances, pots, pans, dishes, a refrigerator and 2 comfortable cookers. There is a separate bedroom, quite quiet at night. The approach to the apartments themselves is a bit uphill, but you quickly get used to such cardio :) On the balcony there is a good view of the sea and there is furniture for gatherings. A pleasant surprise was the presence of a washing machine and washing powder, but there was no shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom and dishwashing detergent. The hostess was responsive, always in touch, helped with solving the problem with the Internet, allowed early check-in and late check-out. In general, I recommend!

Excellent apartments in a good quiet location 5 minutes from the city beach. Near a bakery and a supermarket. We did not expect that there will be a pool in the complex and children will be able to spend the afternoon in the pool. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary - a washing machine, boiler and utensils. A nice bonus was the towels, supplies of sugar, washing powder and everything necessary for the beach: umbrellas, mats, balls and even circles! We cooked ourselves and went to dinner at a restaurant located on the way to the sea - Basta Grill - they make a wonderful splash, Nigus steak and chivapa. We went swimming to the Lucica beach, and to the far beach along the health path - Piratitsa do_ Peratica -do beach - there is a diverse infrastructure, a good restaurant and sun loungers. The cost of 2 sunbeds is 10 euros, while on the city beach 12, on Lucice -15. Will definitely be back again! The emir turned out to be a hospitable host who quickly and quickly solved all our problems - assistance with registration, transfer from Petrovac to the airport, search for a rental car! It’s great that the apartments had internet and its speed was really good. We visited Black Lake, Zabljak, Niksic, and Kotor. Come back again, thank you Montenegro and Emir!

Emir's place is a very good place to stay and to visit Petrovac! the apartment is well equiped and has everything you may need and perfectly located, I highly recomend it !

The apartment is wonderful, reading and stylish! And an open loggia - a terrace deserves a separate mention. A large loggia, where there is a comfortable table and chairs, always be in the shade, which is very pleasing on hot days. And breakfasts and dinners in the breeze - it's delicious. The apartment is very conveniently located. Near a good supermarket, and quite near the bakery, which comes from all over the city (works from 6.00 until late at night). The place was in the new apartment house. Swimming pool is great for children. Apartment was nice , spacious and clean. All equipment available. Location is great, just 7 min walking from beach. Upon arrival, it turned out that the apartment we have is not the same as in the photos, but by the area more. Unless we were with a small child and I was counting on him to sleep in the armchair, but there was no armchair in this apartment.

The apartment is two-room cozy and clean with a large balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living. The presence of the elevator is very helpful for lifting with a baby stroller to the apartment. We were very satisfied!

A truly fantastic host. Radmila accidentally double booked us with another guest. To compensate, she booked us into a five star hotel on the beach with an unobstructed view of the coast, breakfast included, at no extra cost. I've never come across such a generous gesture on Airbnb, and we are truly thankful. A memorable stay in Petrovac for sure!

Excellent accommodation with all the amenities, just turned out to be much better than I expected! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, an electric cooker, pots, a frying pan, a colander, a spatula and a lot of other things. For apartments I would single out a minimalist interior in bright colors, which directly pleased the soul;) A huge wardrobe with a mirror, a lot of sockets, which is extremely convenient if you want to sit with a laptop on the balcony. Also noticed that there were 2 rugs and a bunch of towels. The hostess made a gift for my birthday, I did not expect it directly, for this special thank you!

Very spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The room is perfect cleanliness! The large loggia offers a gorgeous view of the Adriatic and Lucice beach, in my opinion, one of the best beaches on the coast. The apartments are on a raised platform, it is convenient to walk to the beach on foot down the path, about 7 minutes on foot, back uphill, good exercise for the feet☺️. Of course, it is better to rent a car to drive to the store for groceries and travel through the magical Montenegro. I will be happy to stay in this apartment again and recommend it to everyone! Good afternoon ! We were in Montenegro from October 5 to 11, 2019! The apartments are nice, everything is clean, there is a hairdryer, a large TV, there are dishes, glasses. Roomy refrigerator! Soaps, shampoos, shower gel was not! To the beach to go 15 minutes, we spotted! It’s hard to go, the descent is a little steep, but on the other hand it’s a sport! Pebbles on the beach, you need to buy slippers, otherwise it's hard to walk! The shore immediately begins deep! Mistress Elena answered immediately and tried to help us! And the Manager Julia, when we first called her to help us resolve the issue, hung up and said she was in roaming, we were shocked of course! And then I tried to talk rudely! We travel a lot, but this was the first time we encountered such behavior of housekeepers! It was very unpleasant! But in general, I liked everything, everything is fine, thanks!

Excellent apartment in the new part of Petrovac, In the courtyard of the house there are always free parking spaces, The high floor protects you from mosquitoes, For guests with wheelchairs, it should be borne in mind that the house does not have an elevator and the road to the house goes through many stairs, this is a specificity of Petrovac, many new houses are located on a hill. Walk to the beach for 10 minutes.

Apartment is nice and clean, there is a lot of space, one bathroom and additional toilet is an advantage. 10 min on foot to nearest beach, so not far away. Jelena is very helpful and communicative young lady, she is speaking very well in english, so there was no problem to ask for everything. It was a pleasure to stayed there.

Cute little apartment in a quiet location near the two beaches of Petrovac. A supermarket is around the corner and a good restaurant is a 5 minute walk away. The bus stop is about 10 minutes away. Thus a top location. The communication with Natasa was super good and very fast. In the apartment there was everything we needed for our two week stay. Also two stand towels were provided. One of our best experience, as with the apartment ( location, equipment, parking lot, cleanliness etc. ) , As well as with the host. It was so easy to communicate with Jana, who answers within seconds an all our questions and who organized meeting with Natasa, so that we didn't have to take care about anything. One of the easiest check in that we ever had. Apartment is self, is even better than in the pictures, comfortable, clean, spacious with everything provided for longer or shorter stay. Location is perfect, only 2min from supermarket, 5-7min from City Beach and only 15min walk away from beach Lucice . It was a huge pleasure to spent vacation in this apartment . The apt is conveniently located within walking distance from the main places like supermarket, bus station and beaches. There are no steps which is comfortable for the families with pushchairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, the bed is comfortable, the apartment is not big but thoroughly planned and zoned. It's really clean and tidy. The owners are friendly and keep in touch. Near the apartment there lives a big tortoise, you will definitely see it. If so, don't forget to give it some water:)
