lovely garden apartment with private exclusive heated pool with jacuzzi decorated in sardinian style close to centre and the beach. Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

The Villa is located in a private parcel, traffic is reduced to residents. It is silent and safe for children. Beautiful apartment located a few meters from the historic center and a few minutes from the wonderful white beaches of Sardinia, in a quiet area and close to all services and free public parking. New tourist accommodation equipped with all the comforts. Very comfortable both to experience the beautiful sea of Sardinia and the characteristic town.
