The building features three double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that can accommodate one or two people. Pool heating included in the price.

Casa Sabi is located in the elegant Noto Piano Alto area, a ten-minute walk from the Cathedral, the center, restaurants and shops. Renovated with particular attention to detail, it is a fresh and welcoming environment where you can enjoy relaxing moments with family or friends. “Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).
